A SURPRISE LENALEE APPROACHES; Command?

Despite all of everything the Black Order has been through, it was business as usual for the various teams. Lenalee and Allen were in one team with Miranda and a few Finders. Lucky them, their mission took them to the mountains - beautiful scenery, but cold weather. Fortunately they managed to find a small inn with vacancies, so they could stay indoors. Amazingly, Miranda was actually sleeping more peacefully than Lenalee at the moment.

Although after all of the scenarios and seeing all of the deaths in the war with the Earl and fighting the akuma, (...not to mention what she personally has been through), it really should come as no surprise that Lenalee's sleep was less than restful. While she managed to snatch an hour or two here and there of sleep, worries about her friends, her brother, and one exorcist in particular all contributed to making her nightmare particularly bloody and gruesome. When she jerked awake for the second time that night (or was it third, she wasn't sure), she knew she wouldn't be able to get back to sleep right away, so she silently slipped out of her room, padding down the hall. Maybe a glass of water would settle her nerves.

Now who was shining - she almost said that herself, but she couldn't bring herself to steal his words. Instead she smiled back at him, nudging him gently to roll him onto his back again, shifting to snuggle against his side as she kissed him back. "Mmm, you deserve it, and more, Allen.. my love. My ..my lover." That last word she stumbled on briefly, blushing softly. Her lover. Her precious, her love, her boyfriend, the one she would spend the rest of her life with.

"... I want to see Komui tomorrow," she murmured softly.

Well, she saw him every day, but she meant in this particular case, that she wanted to see him so they could settle this situation with their relationship - so they could be more open with each other.

To that end he would still answer she was the one shining. Because that was the absolute truth in his eyes. But his bias was also very heavy so perhaps giving a verdict like that was a little unfair. Still to hear her call him her lover so openly. That word filled with such love and warmth. ALlen's heart threatened to burst with joy and if not for what she said next he might have even shed a tear of joy.

"what? You do?" He couldn't believe what she was saying. Hadn't they just talked in length how they would have to bide their time until they could sort things out with him? Now she wanted to confront him tomorrow?!

That being said it was only his initial reaction and once that faded he leaned in close to look Lenalee straight in the eyes while he absently brushed a thumb against his beloved's cheek.

"Are you sure about this?" Regardless the answer he would be staying by her side.

Having just a taste of the joy that they would be able to enjoy like this, she wanted to have more, She didn't want to hide it. ... but...

She smiled faintly, "I want to but... I know we can't, yet. I just..feel so impatient." Which was rare, since she was one of the most patient people in the order. "If we rush this... I feel that it'll go badly, so I ... just have to be patient about this too. It'll be hard, but... I can at least have you sleeping next to me every night. That's enough for now." that little taste of heaven..

"Is that okay?" What if he wanted to talk to KOmui soon too?

Allen smiled with all of the adoration he held in his heart and leaned up to press his lips to Lenalee's forehead.

"Of course it is okay. The last thing i want is to jeopardize my time with you just because we rushed things with your brother."

.. that was such a precious gesture - even more so after the intimate time shey shared, that Lenalee couldn't help but hug him with a soft smile. "I really wonder which of us is the undeserving one.. you put up with so much - between me and my silly brother." She owed him so much, all the Lenalee moments in the world wouldn't be enough.

"You are simply worth going that far for. There is nothing more precious to me than you." That was a fact he'd only grown more and more certain of with each passing days in the warmth of her smile or her arms. Or both.

"Allen.." Lenalee smiled widely, "YOu are the sweetest, most perfect person I've ever met." She nuzzled against him, pressing a gentle kiss against his jaw, and lightly, an innocent one against his lips.

And he was aaaaaaaaaaall hers. She paused, glancing away to reach for his hand - either of them - "Ever sinc I realized how I felt about you I've dreamed of moments like this - when I could be with you..and when I could feel your arms around me night after night."

He would disagree with that assessment given some parts of him but then he didn't have the heart to say that to Lenalee right now. Not when the mood between them was so good.

"Well I am glad I didn't have to keep that as a dream for you for any longer than necessary~" Allen pointed out and closed his hand around Lenalee's, giving it a gentle but firm squeeze.

Well... she'll cross THAT bridge when she gets to it, but she still thought he was the sweetest person she knew. Shifting to lie next to him she squeezed his hand back, her smile warm as she pressed her lips to his hand lightly. "So am I." As much as she'd been craving him while she was away - she only barely got her fill, but it was enough for tonight at least. She couldn't indulge tooo much or they'd be caught in an infinite loop of each other. "We.. should probably get some sleep." She ventured after a long a pause after she drank in the sight of his face.

An infinite loop certainly had an irresistible allure. But one they would have to give into another time. But that day would come. He would make sure of that without fail. A day when they both indulge until they sleep into the mid hours of the day.

"I suppose that is a good idea. Before my hunger wakes up fully for you again~"

She stifled a soft giggle, "Allen..!" He made it sound like it was a wild beast to be kept at bay! But she understood what he meant at the least. Snuggling close to him, she sighed happily, "..Good night, Allen. My Allen.."

Well behind the gentleman was still a young man almost desperately in love with the most wonderful girl in his life. "Goodnight, My Beloved, My Lenalee." Allen all but purred, putting his lips to her forehead and closing his eyes while still facing Lenalee by her side.
