The world as a whole was so much simpler. Even with Rean wandering through aimlessly at first trying to figure out who he was and who he would become once he became an adult. Those times felt like a lifetime away. It made him feel older than he really was whenever he allowed the melancholy to sweep him away when he was on his own within his own thoughts.

He knew those words were powerful. He knew they were not to be spoken casually. But he also knew they were so very true. Especially after yesterday. So he wanted her to know. Even if she would have said no he would still want to tell her. Rean felt her hold onto his arm for support and for a moment there was some worry in his mind. That was until he heard that hopeful question.

"I do. This is not something I would just throw out if I wasn't sure of the truth." He nodded gently.
