Shionne and Alphen in Menancia

They've all come a long way since Calaglia, both in terms of distance and... other things. Things Shionne was forcing herself not to acknowledge. Because what would the point be to acknowledge those thoughts when she couldn't act on them - when at the end of this journey, she had no future? Ah... but that was something she hadn't - couldn't - tell the others, who she's begun thinking of as more than just 'tools'.

Particularly Alphen.

It was the hardest to think of him when she knew how much she was keeping from him. Much to her frustration, however, the group had decided to take a break for a little while since Shionne's pace had been pushing the others quite a lot - and they did just gain two new companions. Shionne was avoiding them as much as possible, deciding to go for a walk through the city almost...baffled by how accepting the Dahnans and Renans were.

It was ... nice. But it felt so alien to her, at the same time.

Good thing she quite enjoyed the cuddling and intimacy then. "Well that is true, although now and then a challenge could be fun. Like, you have to run ten laps around the house with me on your back, or you have to do a hundred push ups with me sitting on your back -" She paused. A lot of those challenges benefited her as much as him though, but what would her own challenge be? "Or seeing how long I can kiss you without having to take a breath." She teased, leaning a little closer, "Do any of those challenges sound appealing?"

"Oh? I mean I am not against either of those challenges if you want to." Alphen chuckled before he puleld up closer since she described such wonderful things. That said he also could not help the way his hands were going more rogue as they rested on her body while also lingering on every single word she spoke.

"All of them sound appealing so much so it's hard to pick which one to start~" He said his lips almost brushing against hers because of how close they were getting.

She could feel the way his hands were wandering more and more, her skin tingling with each trace of his fingers - with them so close, it was almost taunting her to steal a kiss - which did make her think of her 'challenge' even more. How long COULD she kiss him before she would be forced to pull away for air? Ah, if only she didn't even need to breathe. "Well lucky for us we have our entire lives ahead of ourselves to choose - should I pick first?" She teased, her own hands absently tracing lines and circles alternately along his back.

Well he can't help himself so it's probably a good thing she enjoys his touch so much. After all he is always marveling at how wonderful it is to just get to feel her without the pain that had brought them together in the first place.

"I think that would be for the best~ After all I can't quite make up my mind when I want everything~" He chuckled softly before leaning to steal another slow but brief kiss from her lips.

Enjoys might be a mild way to put it - she's never been able to be touched before him, and now that the curse was dealt with, she craved his touch more than ever. Either in intimacy or even just casual touches, like holding hands, light cheek touches, hugs - she wanted it all. "Maybe then, I'm as greedy as you are." She admitted softly, a hand reaching up to gently brush her palm against his cheek, melting into that slow kiss with a soft sigh.

When he drew back, she was smiling, adoring the sight of him, though she remained close, "..then I'll make that choice first." Her heart always felt like it was beating three times faster than normal when she was with him, it was so hard to calm down. But she did lean forward to chase after his lips, intent to resume the kiss again, this time to let it linger as long as she could possibly handle, and then some.

All of those touches were both welcomed and reciprocated in full. SO when she pulled him in for a kiss, he did not resist. If anything he leaned to meet her lips sooner and closed his eyes with a hum as the two lovers finally came together in this tender moments that also joined their hearts as one too.

She had come a long way in getting used to the idea and realization of touching her beloved now, of course, brushing her lips against hers gently, then again, each kiss getting a little longer, her hands sliding up his back and tracing over his muscles. Wanting to get even closer, she draped a leg over his to press closer to him, humming his name softly. To think she could love someone so much it hurt to think of being away for even a fraction of a second.

They both had really. Alphen still wanted to kick his past self for missing so many things about Shionne. So many instances she had been trying to reach out despite the curse, despite her trying to act as if she did not. But that was all in the past and he could properly make up for it now.

"I love you~" He murmured between kisses, his voice slightly husky and sultry before he pushed for another kiss as well. Because there was no such thing as enough between the two of them.

She would pinch him for thinking something like that -- if she weren't equally guilty of wanting to kick herself for being so hostile towards him when he had been kind and understanding and most importantly patient with her. Those soft murmurs and declarations of love bring a small shiver of happiness, rewarding him with more closeness and kisses, "I love you too, Alphen," she whispered almost breathlessly, in the short periods of time she allowed herself to do anything but practically devour him in loving kisses.
