Now that the weather was warmer, the kids were no longer so restless (not that they could be too restless with Natsu around to play with) and were eager to go out and on adventures of their own, both with their older sis/bro/not parents and without. Regine was kept busy helping to tend the guild in their absence, though occasionally she got dragged off by the children for adventures, on days that Natsu and Lucy had work to do.

Although lately there'd been a lot of jobs, so Lucy, at least, hadn't had time to spend with the kids quite so much. Which was why she had suggested taking the kids to the beach for fun, sun, fishing, and whatever else they wanted to do. Good plan, yes? Yes! Nev'd been up since the crack of dawn, full of excitement, and vigor, like a tiny fire-less Natsu. Justyne, on the other hand, had slept in a little more. Lucy just had to put a few final touches on her appearance - since her hair had gotten much longer in the last few months. "Twenty jewels say that Neveren will be knocking on the door in five minutes." She called over to Natsu with a grin.

"Ohhhhhh, am I? So I should keep ...doing this then?" She really needn't sound so amused, but it was a game of sorts to see just how much he could take before he started having trouble speaking the way she had. "Unless you want me to stop," she murmured, her lips just lightly resting against his neck.

She chuckled softly again, "Mmhm, and that's why I always say you're amazing no matter what you do." Considering he always did things to make his gestures uniquely special, impressing her each time. Her fingers absently walked along his back, tracing the line of his muscles, occasionally brushing against the areas she could feel where she scratched him.

Want you to stop? The only time I'll want that is when I stop wanting to breathe air." Which translated as never. IT was a good thing he came up with that retort quickly before the more gentle presses of her lips were sending sparks of utter delight coursing down his spine from his neck.

"It a reputation I have to keep then~"

She grinned against his skin at that retort, gently nibbling and carefully avoiding the most vulnerable spots. She was after all, not attacking him aggressively yet, but simply expressing her eternal adoration with those soft kisses.

That or hunting down new spots to get reactions out of him. It was hard to say, and she wasn't telling. She was however, making the most of running her hands over his back, "You will. I know you will. You can do anything you put your mind to." she mused, leading her kisses up to his face for a chaste lingering kiss. Or twenty.

It was just as potent really. Whether she went deliberately for his weaknesses or showered him in more gentle kisses, Natsu was feeling keenly aware of both his body as well as Lucy's pressing against him. It was a feeling unlike any other and Natsu would do anything to continue to feel it this way.

"Mmmm such expectations. I'll have to really surprise you then~" Natsu groaned managing to still force some cocky air into his words.

"Mmhmmm..." Lucy agreed, her own hum almost distracted by simply enjoying the feel of his body against hers. If she'd an inklink about his thoughts, she'd be more than happy to fulfill them and hold him against her, even in this most intimate of situations.

Although she now had a dilemna, wondering which way would be best to make him lose his cool and be unable to speak. There was the easy, more direct way in assaulting his lips, and then there was the challenging way.

So naturally, she went for the challenge. "I only have high expectations for you because I know you'll meet and surpass them." She purred, tucking her head closer to his neck, focusing her soft nibbles and kisses against each spot.

That hum was really not helping to keep him grounded in the moment. But then Lucy clearly had no intention of doing anything of the sort for him. Why would she? They both knew what they wanted, how they wanted it and when. All of those answers were fairly close together in every sense of the word.

That being said when she started changing gears a little bit the effect was almost instant as he arched up against Lucy with a throaty groan as she discovered a particularly sweet spot.

The only time she actually wanted him grounded was when she was actually trying to do something like that needed her concentration. Well, that needed her concentration and -wasn't- absorbed with making him feel good. Although those moments were getting narrower and narrower, if she thought about it.

Nonetheless, in that moment right then and there, she didn't want him even a little grounded. His reaction made her pause for a second, her hand sliding up his back, and she pulled her head back a little to look at him, a mischievous smirk on her lips. "Ohh, I found something ~interesting~." Her grin widened, as she leaned back in to apply teeth and lips to that spot repeatedly, humming a low noise in her throat.

Such opportunism. What ever would they do about it? Embrace it of course. THey both enjoyed the freedom of choice to the nth degree and right now Natsu chose to be nowhere else but here with Lucy enjoying her company and attacks more than he likely should have.

"D-Did you now? Why don't you sshooo-aaah!" She managed to cut him off with that combination attack, the pleasure coursing through his body like wildfire.

He should enjoy them - and the fact that he enjoyed them so much was only going to encourage her to do it more often. Not just for him but for herself too. Hearing him cut his words off like that, she mentally gave herself a victory point, her hands wandering more freely to add to the distracting attack.

That soft humming she'd been making before was slowly getting rougher, "Mmm? Didn't catch that," she purred lowly against his throat, continuing her assault for a few more seconds. Her hands slid out from behind his back to rest lightly against his sides, gliding over his chest as she tilted her head against his, hazy and out of breath, "..You...really drive me crazy when you sound like that, you know..." The good kind of crazy. And the kind of crazy that said she should be glad they could spend so much time alone together right now because she'd be peeved if they got any interruptions. Even if it was the kids.

"Ngh t-then maybe I should...find out how crazy you can get~" How he managed to still sound as cocky was he did was a mystery in of itself but Natsu knew it was exactly what he wanted Lucy to hear. Exactly what it would take to drive her wild again into taking charge from him. Funny how he embraced that notion so easily when it was Lucy who would put it into effect. Lucy had that effect on him after all.

He knew her well enough to be able to push her buttons so easily. And she knew he was doing it to drive her wild, just the way she enjoyed getting him riled up. His response got the expected reaction too, as she groaned softly, leaning in to nip his throat briefly, before she pressed her lips firmly against his, using her tongue to swipe over his lips all but demanding entrance so she could deepen the kiss.

Of course there was -one- little detail she'd neglected, that being the fact that they were still...well, connected. So when she shifted to press herself further against his body, it was a jolt of brief surprise that gave way to a devilish smile in the kiss. Well, there was an idea she could put into effect - though she -may- have to climb on top of him again to do it. How awful.

He felt that impish smile even as he let her into his mouth. Eager hands responded in kind to her unknown scheme, roaming over Lucy's body mapping out every delicious curve he could reach while he hummed and growled into the kiss, growing more restless and alos harder and hotter while still inside Lucy. His stamina was beyond normal after all.

She purred into the kiss, curving her body to meet his hands, craving his touches. She could feel the way his body was reacting and responding to her, and in all honesty she wasn't even a little surprised, considering his insane stamina. The fact that she was slowly starting to be able to keep up with that stamina might be more surprising to her though, when he was able to wear her out so often.

Drawing in a slow breath, she hummed a low, happy noise, her hips pushing against him almost deliberately slow, a low groan stretched out from her motion. Although the more evil part of her plan would only go into effect if he tried moving his hands lower to move her hips.

He certainly noticed how she was starting to keep up and secretly reveled in the fact that even in the pursuit of pleasure he could still get her to become even stronger~

Her terms to trigger that trap she had in store for him were oddly specific but then that was probably because she knew what Natsu would do next with how his hands slowly crept their way towards Lucy's hips.

She knew him and his wiley ways well enough to know that he'd try reaching for her hips. Once she felt his hands creeping lower, she pulled her hands away from his back, uttering a faint noise in her throat. No touchie~! Fufufu - she instead grabbed his hands, lacing her fingers through his and shifted herself to roll him onto his back, her leg half locked under him, to push his hands against the bed.

She was under no illusions that she could ever keep him pinned like that if he -really- wanted to move, of course, but he did enjoy when she was being in control. She was just amping up that control a bit to test his limits, see how much he would allow her. This included experimenting with her own pacing, sneaking a glance at him as she moved with him - and then rather suddenly stopped moving, breaking the kiss to press her lips against his jaw.

... is this a new form of teasing him, or is it just cruelty?

Well she had to get the edge on him in some way. Pleasure was a valid option. Especially when he stood to gain so much from it if he allowed her free reign like this every now and again.

Natsu's eyes widened as he felt himself get rolled over until LUcy was on top of him now with his hands pinned against the bed. STruggling was not even a halfhearted attempt before he relaxed under her control again. Cruelty? Teasing? It was definitely both of those things at the same time.

The smug, pleased little grin against his skin was telling of her mood. Fortunately for him -- and for her -- she didn't stay still for long. To be fair, she'd never be able to stay still for long, with him under her like this, at her complete and total mercy (for as long as he allowed it).

Her pace was slow at first, though she used her leverage to push herself into him more, alternating her kisses with soft purrs of pleasure into his ear, and whispers of how much she wanted, needed and loved him, nipping gently occasionally.

His Inner fire only grew stronger and more ravenous with each sultry whisper in his ear. Each purr sending ripples of absolute bliss throughout his body and lighting his senses ablaze as well. He tried freeing his hands again this time putting a bit more strength in it though still enough to keep Lucy pinned. A silent show of how much he wanted to touch her while she in turn drove him wild with her lips and the nipping.

When she felt him trying to free his hands, she leaned her weight forward against them, playfully amused. After all, why just hand him the reward this time? And she did want to drive him wild the way he did for her, her thumbs gently brushing against his hands. Stealthily feeding into his hunger, which in turn fed her own.

She grinned, nibbling her way up his neck and his throat to press her lips more directly against the skin, her voice never raising from her soft, sultry purrs, "Mmm, Natsu," she murmured, leaning up enough to nip his ear lightly, "If you want to touch me, you have to show me," she purred. "I want to see it, my wild dragon, how much you want me."

Oh she was taking this power that she was given and running with it to the very end wasn't she? Natsu loved what he was seeing, what he was feeling and hearing. And it showed in the way he struggled and his breathing grew more labored and needy.

"Do you know? Even if it means you'll have to go without holding me down?" Oh yes he was calling her out on her plan even now when his mind was being addled with unbelievable pleasure.

She was definitely making note of his reactions, thoroughly pleased, and loving the fact that she could make him feel that way. It was hard to stop, really. So she didn't, her nips and kisses trailing across his neck in between whispered words. "If I didn't want it, I wouldn't have said it," she grinned, brushing her lips against his jaw.

Although he did have a point - "I can hold you down again next time." And she intended to, since he liked her being in control so much. And he had some fun reactions to when she wouldn't let him touch her too.

"Next time hmmm? What if I'll hold you down instead? Bet you'd mmmm love that~" Natsu answered with a taunting purr. Just everything Lucy did for him and on top of him was driving him into a love and lust driven frenzy as his hands gripped at the sheets.

Still there were moves left to him as the one being pinned underneath Lucy. His hips started bucking upwards as if to jolt Lucy position on top of him, shake things up a little as it were.

If he held her down? She grinned faintly, "I love anything with you," she murmured, "And since you seem to enjoy being held down like this, I'll have to do it more often." She teased, nuzzling under his ear, nipping and nibbling at his most sensitive areas of his neck to get the best reactions.

At least until he started moving, the first buck causing her to accidentally bite him with a groan, the second nearly losing her grip on his hands. "N..Ngh..!" No fair, is what she would like to say. Though it suitably shook her up enough that she almost forgot what she was doing with riling him up.

That was not the response he was banking on. He'd thrown the gauntlet down and had managed to not only pick it up but also slap him senseless with her retort. SHe could probably feel how much of an effect her words had on him no doubt. THe way his body grew hotter and more restless beneath her after that.

"That's not fair you know. Saying those kind of words with that kind of expression. That's just too much Lucy~"

Well she had a feeling that that response would get an interesting reaction out of him - and she was right! ... even if her statement had been kind of a bluff, - the part about him holding her down anyway...maybe -- but oh well! "Hrm, fine words from you, when you don't play fair yourself." She giggled.

Her expression shifted subtly, eyeing him like he was an entree she was going to savor. "I don't think it's too much," she purred softly, "Not yet." She also had no intention of playing fair, though it was hard to stay focused on keeping his hands against the bed while she was 'savoring' her affection for him, with nips, bites and even the press of her tongue against his sensitive skin when she was nibbling him.
