Since graduating from the Academy, life has been..interesting for Alisa, to say the least. She's been kept very busy, since she was upholding her promise to her mother on showing her the proper way to run the company, and it wasn't easy to put in those changes. Though it would have been a lot harder if she didn't have the support of those around her. But because of that, she hadn't been able to get time to get to visit Rean as much as she liked.

Translation: As much as she liked = every day. She did get to visit - or vice versa - at least on the weekend, and she talked to him almost every night thanks to the range on the ARCUS. Just as finished up for the night, she made her way up to the penthouse, glancing around to make sure she was alone (And you never know with Sharon) in order to take out her ARCUS once more and see if she could get a hold of Rean before bed. She was planning on seeing if he was in the area - alternatively, she was sure she could get away for a visit, if he wasn't busy.

"No you're not. Just as I can't convince you either~ WE're both just that hopelessly stubborn" And Rean would have it no other way if that smile gracing his lips was any clear sign of that fact.

"Feeling your hand in mine like this. It's just as good as just holding you in my arms."

She puffs her cheeks for a second, hmphfs. But she grins at his words, "...maybe a -little- stubborn." She admitted, curling and uncurling her fingers with his almost fascinated. "I mean... you did put up with me when I was being difficult over ... certain things." And it hurt and was hard to stay mad over something she knew wasn't his fault really, when he looked like a kicked puppy in response to her snapping at him.

"Just as good?" Alisa glanced at him, almost offended, ".. I would at least think holding me would be -better-."

"You know what I mean." rean shook his head at her mock offended look. But to make it cmore clear, his hand turned wiht hers and joing fingers together more intimately as he pulled her in to his chest and stared into those lovely red eyes.

"I will never regret doing any of those thing for you. THey are what let me grow so close to you. What lost my heart to you~"

She chuckled softly. Yeah, she knew exactly what he meant. And then he hit her with a one-two punch of sincerity and /love/ that just made her melt, "Oh..Rean.." She murmured softly, in a tone that clearly indicated if she hadn't already been curled up on him in his arms, she probably would have swooned were she standing. She leaned in close to study his face intently, "...I never had a chance. There's no way I could ever have stayed angry with you, when I'm drawn to you so much."

Making her melts seemed to be a newly discovered talent for Rean and he employed it with no remorse in any way. Still she was doing the same to him just by melting in his arms. He nuzzled softly and burshed his nose against Alisa's.

"And I am so very thankful for that fact~"

He was merciless in the new talent of his. She cuddled close to him, nuzzling back against him with a soft smile, "Mmm, I think I should be the one that's thankful, really. But I'm willing to share." She joked quietly, watching him intently, before nuzzling against him again and brushing her lips against his jaw.

"Sharing sounds fair to me too~" Rean compromised with a hint of mischief while he reveled in the joy he felt in this moment. Transient as it might be. The feel of her lips against his skin lighting a fire and making his mind race with the bliss that he could only find in Alisa's embrace.

She chuckled softly at that mischievous tone in her beloved's voice. All she wanted was to stay like this with him - even though they both knew it wasn't possible at the moment.

Although one troubling thing does start to dawn on Alisa - the more she relaxed in his arms, the more the sneaky sandman was starting to creep up, and she didn't want that at all. Not that she wouldn't love to fall asleep in Rean's arms, but if she did, morning would come far too soon and then... then he'll leave.

He can feel that realization in her body language and while she's not looking at him he flashes a sad smile before smoothing it over and closing his eyes as he nuzzled against her golden hair, his warm breath gently reaching her skin while he took in as much of her scent as he could, burning this moment into his memory.

It's good she misses that sad smile - but at the same time with him nuzzling that much closer he won't be able to see the sadness on her face either. Win win? She lets out a long, soft sigh as she feels him nuzzling against her hair, and she tucks herself into him more - he could breath in as much of her scent as he could, she wanted to burn the feeling of his body and arms curled around her for as long as she could too.

"Alisa..." He murmured softly feeling her nuzzle back as she sighed. He could feel it. The way she was just as loathe and afraid to leave him as well. Yet this life would not compromise sfor either of them. So all they could do is take as much comfort and happiness out of the few times together they might meet.

She'd fight the world for him if she could. Unfortunately she didn't have that ability... not on her own. Hearing him murmur her name, she tilted her head up a little to risk glancing at him, pulling her head back just a little with a soft smile. She could manage a smile for him - she couldn't be selfish and cruel and show her real feelings with their time running out.

He didn't want to make her do anything like that. She shouldn't have to fight the world just because she loved him and he in turn loved her. Love is not supposed to lead one to do even more fighting. It's supposed to lead to happiness. Yet their love had an irremovable shadow cast over it by the duty thrust upon him by his role as a Awakener and by his scheming snake of a father.

She could try to hide it all she wanted. Rean saw through that smile and with a soft one of his own he brought his lips down to press against ALisa's, another slow and passionate kiss.

She shouldn't, but it certainly felt that way with the current state of affairs. With certain parties keeping them separated not even because they were trying to keep the couple apart, but for an entirely unrelated reason. Then it'd just be between them -b ut this involved far too many parties, and most of them were innocent.

Her lips trembled slightly against his when he kissed her, and she pressed more against him with a soft sigh, unable to keep the longing out of the sound. But she didn't pull away from the kiss either - instead she only wanted to hold him close and kiss him as long as she could, her hands curling against his back, almost gripping his clothing at his back in her hands.

This was the only thing is could really think to do for her. After all there were no words that could make any of this better. If anything it would simply force them to face what they already knew and then happiness would be replaced by sadness as well as a loathing for the passing of time.

So they kissed, sharing one breath and their heartbeats as they fought to burn this moment into their hearts so that it would sustain them through the times of longing ahead.

If the moment now was any indication, Claire and Sharon were going to need crowbars to get Alisa and Rean to let go of each other when the time came. Alisa closes her eyes purely in the bliss of the moment, until the kiss eventually drew to an end, leaving her to let out a slow breath as she opened her eyes again, "Rean..." She didn't want him to leave. She knew she was being selfish, and she knew he didn't want to leave either. Too bad the only people who knew lacked the power to make it possible. But that just meant the next time they saw each other would be twice as good. If not more.

Most likely but responsibility and reality would provide the force to achieve something so dificult. Even so Rean was the same as Alisa trying to keep the kiss for as long as possible before physical need to breathe would become too overwhelming. "Shhh. I know. Alisa. I know." Rean said softly, pressing his hand against ALisa's cheek and brushing her cheek with his thumb.

Well, true. But other than their own senses of responsibility it would be almost impossible to pull them apart. She exhaled softly at Rean's gentle hushing, that tender gesture which almost felt emotionally crushing, knowing it would be so long before she could feel his touch again. Instinctively she nuzzled her cheek against the feel of his hand, closing her eyes. Rean was right, of course. She didn't have to say anything - neither of them needed to use words for the other to know what they were thinking.

Because they didn't need words they could just devote themselves to this moment. An oasis in a desert filled with longing and heart ache as the distance between them would grow physically even if their hearts would stay with the other through it all. He nuzzled back against ALisa and just allowed that softness of her skin to be burned in his memory for him to revisit when the longing would turn too great.

She nuzzled against him just as much, with just the faint sound of her sighs and soft loving whispers breaking the otherwise quiet of the penthouse. Drinking in the sensation of his body, the sound of his breathing, the feel of his hair - committing everything to memory not just visually but by touch as well. Even though her memory of his touch was not going to be anything nearly as good as the real thing.

Rean was doing plenty of touching too though he did let Alisa have use of both hands instead of threading his fingers with hers again. Instead he slowly ran those same fingers through her golden curtain of hair treasuring the softness felt against his digits with a reverence unlike any other.

Alisa was grateful Rean gave her the use of both hands. She let out a soft hum, nuzzling his jaw gently, the wistful smile on her face suddenly strengthening into one more amused as she chuckles softly, "Rean..." she almost gives the name in a playfully complaining tone, "If you keep doing that, I'm not going to be able to stay awake." Just putting it out there. As much as she wanted to try to stay awake, being in his arms, while he was stroking his fingers through her hair ...it was so soothing. So relaxing.

"Why my dear miss Reinford, I have no idea what you accuse me of~" Rean answered with a loving chuckle, his hand slowing down a bit into a more loving stroke and brush of his fingers through her golden locks reveling in the moment between himself and his adorable lover.

"That's even more suspicious than before, Mr. Schwarzer," she teased, as his touch just got even more unfairly soothing. "If I didn't know better I'd say you were doing it on purpose," she huffed softly, "Well, two can play at that game, mister." she smiled, pulling him closer as she lifted a hand to run her fingers through -his-hair gently.

"Now why ever would i do it on purpose?" When he can do it so naturally without even intending to. One only needed to look at his head patting sickness. Though she did strike true with her argument this time. STill admitting to it like that would spoil the fun they had going on now.

That was until she started coming through his hair with her hand as well. The sensation was so disarming he almost melted on the spot then and there. She didn't have near as much hair to work with as he did and yet the effect was no less potent.
