Spending day after day in the cabin Natsu had built near the Guild, going on missions and living, being WITH Natsu was plain and simple, pure. Heaven. Lucy could genuinely not think of any time she was as happy as she was with him. It still amused her to think of the times she was too flustered to acknowledge her feelings for him, until things came to a head.

And then the kids came along during that mission - Nev and Justine, along with their 'mom' Regine. If Natsu becoming an integral part of Lucy's life was like completing her, then the kids and Regine were the added frosting on a perfected cake. Yeah that metaphor was all over the place. GRANTED it was a little difficult to get time alone with Nev and Justine almost demanding their attention a good amount of the time, but she didn't mind, and didn't think Natsu did either. They had their evenings together, and their little hiding spots to sneak away to, sometimes just for fun.

Meanwhile the first rays of light were beginning to filter in through the window-shades of their room, with Lucy snuggled up against Natsu's side, an arm wrapped around him with a faint smile on her lips. Not quite awake yet, but in that in-between point of just about to rouse. The birds had barely even begun to chirp when the distant BAM! of a door swinging open, followed by barely hushed giggling voices and scampering feet could be heard by Dragonslayer senses with ease, obviously heading towards said cabin.

Proud was an absolute understatement. He felt like the king of the entire world to feel her so desperate to hold him close. THe strength in those thin arms impressing even a battle hardened expert like him. Though a tiny part of him was definitely worrying she might be sore from exerting herself that much to keep up with his overwhelming hunger and love. But that was a very small part of his mind.

"You aaah did good. I'm...almost there~ So come with me~ My Lucy~"

She... probably was going to be a bit sore, yes. After all it was the first time they got quite this intense and wild. It was as if they hadn't been in each other arms like this only moments before. But as far as she was concerned, a little soreness was worth the pleasure they were indulging in. More than worth the pleasure, she would put up with any soreness with him when they were intimate again.

After all, no matter how sore she was, he was still careful not to actually forget himself and accidentally hurt her or anything. Buut like him, she wasn't really thinking about that - she'd take stock later when she tried moving no doubt. His words brought a sense of relief and dismay - dismay that their pleasure was about to come to an end for the night, and relief that she was able to last long enough to reach her peak with him, "Aah -! Yes, Yes..! Natsu with me..!" She gasped, "Mmmh! My ...Natsu..!"

Well once she realized she would also learn that her beloved dragon king would also make for a very comfortable warm blanket to relax with. He would certainly wrap around her completely. Those strong arms and that warm body all for her to cuddle up with once the fatigue and wear caught up to her.

Still hearing her cry out and agree with his demand over and over again was just another push towards that glorious finish. That did not mean he slowed down any near the end. No instead he moved into her with even greater speed and force that he had to hold her tighter to prevent Lucy from almost flying out of his reach which made him go even deeper for that final moment when he outright roared her name as he filled his beloved with all of his pent up heat and desire, body twitching and bucking underneath Lucy with each burst until he was left gasping wildly against the floor with his arms keeping Lucy close as well.

All that warmth would probably be good for her poor sore body afterwards also!~ But she would absolutely be grateful for those strong arms and cuddle-able body to snuggle up against, since she would be too weary and sore to budge anyway.

She oughtn't be surprised he didn't slow down any when he neared his peak, but she didn't think he'd be able to get even more intense - were she capable of thought, she'd be genuinely concerned that if he hadn't been holding onto her, and vice versa, she really would have lost her hold on him.

When he pushed in deeper though, she let out a startled noise that could only be called a half yelp before belting into a howl of his name th at was in all likelihood, drowned out by his own roar, her body almost violently shaking and twitching with him as she reached her peak simultaneously. Her arms tightening into almost a bearhug, she choked back a gasp, her voice cracking on the final syllable of his name.

Her fingers digging into his skin throughout the tremors of her climax, it seemed to last forever for her, even if he weren't holding her so close, she pressed herself into him as she gasped for breath. Words... uh, actually coherent thought is a bit beyond her right now. Her mind wasn't just blown, it's been atomized.

That was simply just another way they were so perfect for each other. Natsu might put Lucy through the paces or the wringer depending on one's perspective but he was also always the one to soothe and let her recover once it was all over. That being said the final keening cry had almost completely shattered his mind to the point that he almost felt like he might go off the edge again right back to back over it.

Seconds passed by, minutes even, with Lucy clinging tightly to him, her breathing coming in ragged gasps. He'd really done a number on her this time, and he'd certainly be able to tell that from the way she was still trembling from the intensity of it all. Words? Nope, she needed to find the energy to pull her braincells back together, and that was going to take her some time still. She hadn't loosened her grip on him any though. She didn't want to.

That was just as well since Natsu did not want to let Lucy out of his arms anyway. not when he was finally free to openly cuddle her now that she couldn't even dream of trying to slip out even if the world were to end then and there.

"Mmmm amazing~" He purred his praise deeply while he tilted his lips to her head giving her temple a loving kiss.

She didn't have to say it, but those little gestures of affection after they were starting to recover from the bliss of union, always made her insides melt into puddles, and her heart race all the more. She adored every little thing he did. Her breathing was still coming heavy, but she was starting to pull herself together. "Y... you are.." she managed to squeak out softly, agreeing wholeheartedly - though turning that praise around on him.

Maybe she should have said 'we are'. No, what she wanted to say was, 'Together we are radiant.' but she wasn't quite up to the task of multi-syllable words yet.

Maybe she can try again later. He certainly would not be done praising her for this mindblowing performance they had both created just now. Natsu was far too proud of this particular achievment to just let it go at that.

Still he merely chuckled at her remark and put his hand up to teh back of her head while he claimed her jaw and lips wit ha kiss. A slow tender and loving kiss.

He's not showing any mercy tonight~! Melting her brain and now he's melting the rest of her, because she gives a soft purr of blissful happiness at the kiss, not asking for anything more, but simply expressing her infinite love for her precious dragon as she kissed him back.

To be fair he's not doing anything she can't absolutely handle. Or that would be his reasoning if she were to ask him for one. But seeing all those happy cute noises she's making in response while the two kiss again, it's rather obvious that Lucy is hardly opposed to what they were doing in the afterglow moments.

She knew perfectly well he wouldn't put her through her paces, so to speak, if he thought she couldn't handle it, or if it was something she didn't want him to do. Which is why she welcomed every last bit of it - even encouraged him to tap into that wild side so he could get as much out of their intimacy as she did.

Fortunately the more tender gestures between them helped the rest of her catch up to herself, so to speak more clearly in multi-syllable words. Still she only breaks the kiss at the last minute, when she needs to breathe, and still lets her lips brush against his gently when she finds it possible to speak, "Natsu..." she purrs with such joy and happiness and love in that one word, it was more potent than any number of 'I love you's' she could have said.

"You really ..really do drive me wild." she chuckled softly.

Oh the power his name had when she said it like that. Lucy could ask for the world after making that voice. A single word could shackle him to her will. Natsu smiled warmly while he lifted his hand up to brush through her golden hair. Even as disheveled as he'd made her be in the end, Natsu was simply awestruck with how beautiful and impossible to resist Lucy could still be.

"Good~ Because I like seeing you wild~"

She would have laughed if he said that to her. If she had seen herself in a mirror, she wouldn't have thought herself to be impossible to resist - she looked like she'd been working out for hours, her face flushed with that radiant glow, her hair a complete mess even as she tilted her head to nuzzle against his hand.

"Do you," she teased, "Well that's quite fine..because I love it when you're wild to. When you're wild, when you're passionate, when you're gentle.." she let out a soft sigh, "You're intoxicating every which way you are."

Though after a moment, she gave a small groan, more from the soreness she felt than from anything else, as she tried shifting on top of him to get more comfortable, ".. Nngg, I'm sore all over.." Her gaze slid over to him, still dazed and adoring, "..but it's more than worth being with you like that."

Seeing her nuzzle against his hand while still absolutely glowing from the happiness and pleasure they both created was the kind of sight that made Natsu's heart soar so high above the clouds it almost reached heaven in one jump.

Instead he showed the softest of smiles hearing those words and he leaned his lips up to Lucy's for another quick but tender and gentle kiss.

"Couldn't agree more~ My queen~"

That was funny, Lucy felt the same way when she saw that smile from her love. She grinned back, her body melting and relaxing against his as she tilted her head to return that gentle kiss, sighing blissfully. "My mighty dragon king..~"

"Only and always yours~" The king replied with a playful growl. That being said he was not going to start anything else with his dear celestial queen. Which did make him have to face one potential complication.

"So...do you wanna get in bed now or shall I be your warmer for tonight while we use the little tent we've made~?"

Lucy would swat him if he did try to start anything else - unless the anything else was just holding her in his nice, strong, warm arms. "Hmmm, why not both?" she asked, "It'll be more comfortable for the both of us in bed, and I'll be able to snuggle into your arms at the same time." She wanted to stay nice and close to him before they drifted off to sleep. "But you'll have to carry me," she added, a little sheepishly, "I don't think I'd be able to make it." They got -quite- rough with each other.

.... but more likely she just wanted to be greedy for more closeness with him, which was easier to carry out if he was holding her, fufufu.

"Oh I was going to go for that anyway. Just asking if you actually wanted to move at all to get to there." Natsu rolled his eyes a little before bringing his lips down on top of Lucy's forehead with a delighted hum before he slowly untangled himself from Lucy to pick her up in his arms and carry her over to the comfy and spacious bed.

"Why move when I have a dragon to carry me where I want to go?" Lucy teased, wrapping her arms around him happily, like a proper princess would. Even nuzzling against him to leech more warmth, "Mmhhh, so warm." Now this was clearly heaven.

"Such a greedy princess~" Natsu chuckled softly before nuzzling back agianst her neck before scooping up his princess in his arms and exiting the tent only to slip them both under the cover of the bed itself, Natsu opting to lay down underneath her before pulling the covers over them both making everything feel oh so very toasty and cozy.

"there we go~"

Lucy laughs at the teasing, and nuzzles into him affectionately, "You of all people, don't get to say that. You're the most greedy one of all." Once they were both in bed, Lucy stretched a little before curling up on him like a cat - pulling the blankets over them both, "Perfection." She gave a long sight, closing her eyes briefly.

It dawned on her how embarrassing it would be if they were ever louder than the storm, but .. um... 100/10 would do it again.

Maybe she would have to use her creativity to come up with ways to muffle herself or him at times like that. AT least until they got their own proper place far from any neighbors who might not want to get kept up at anight with the noise of their lovemaking.

"I own how greedy I am thank you very much~" Natsu chuckled, a low deep and sultry sone from his very core. "good~ Now you can get a good night's rest~ Don't worry the storm won't bother you~ I guarantee it~"

"You too," Lucy murmured, snuggline even more into him, "Don't let me find out you stayed up watching me or something, you weirdo."

She paused at that latter comment, giving him an even stranger look, "How are you going to guarantee that?"

"Awwww how did you know what I was planning~?" Natsu shot back with a mock offended growl. Well how could she blame him though. The sight of Lucy's sleeping face was one of the most calming things in the world for him. Even more calming than happy's purring in his sleep.

"Hmhmhm~ I have my ways. Besides haven't you noticed how deep you sleep when I hold you real tight~?"
