Christmas and Thanksgiving were going to be difficult holidays for Regina and the kids. They had, for the most part, mended from the deaths of their friends, but this would also be the first Christmas slash Thanksgiving without them. So for that afternoon, she decided to let Natsu distract the kids and the dog for the time being. More than likely they were bundled up and jumping in piles of leaves outside, or begging Natsu for more demonstrations. As for herself, she went to help distract Regine with preparing food. Happily, Regina only took Lucy's bright smile for her natural demeanor and not for any other reasons.

On the other hand, Lucy hadn't been able to stop smiling since the night she and Natsu were.. er.. very intimate together. Assuming she didn't drift off into a dreamy spacey mode when she thought no one was looking. And if she actually saw him, forget it - it took everything she had not to grab him and hold him close. Heck, before that night she had difficulty keeping her eyes off him - it was more so now. SO it was probably for the best that she had something like cooking and entertaining Regine to occupy her attention.

If Regine noticed the way Lucy's conversation chatter kept turning to the topic of Natsu unconsciously, she didn't mention it, though she did seem amused for some reason. Currently the ladies were discussing options for the dinner - the kids wanted to start eating spicier food to - obviously - be more like Natsu after all.

She's the one who said not playing fair was the name of the game. Is what he'd use as an argument. In truth he would have reached this point with or without her blunder. That is to say he still prefered it whenever she put her foot in her mouth like that.

"What I think? I think you would hate it if I stopped~"

She'd insist that she had said that hypothetically! ... not that she was against the way things were turning out. "Nng.. g'y.. you'd...you'd be right. Ahah.. ho.. how -" How was it possible that he knew exactly - whether by instinct or not - but he ALWAYS knew how to touch her and where and make her /squirm/ so much. She has to cover her face with a hand - it was kind of embarrassing how much of an effect he had on her.

Another sultry chuckle was her reward for that flimsy protest from Lucy's lips. How? HOw could he not when he knew things she did on a subconscious level in terms of body language? But revealing his trick like that too her? Oh no that wouldn't do.

"Don't hide now. I've already seen you completely~" He cheekily teased.

It was bad enough he was doing all that, making it harder for her to think straight by the second, but he was being -cheeky- about it too! That teasing comment made her blush more - she didn't think it was possible to blush more than she already was. "I .. I feel like _I'm_ the one on fire here." Seriously if she were capable of it, she thinks her face would burst into flame from that alone. But, since he insisted -she forced her hand away from her face to settle both arms around him.

"Being on fire with me isn't a bad thing though~ You liked it so much last time~" Natsu was apprently pulling off the gloves completely in his approach and his hand started moving down over Lucy's leg while his lips trailed from her neck over to her chin and clearly heading right for her lips.

He really was taking the 'not playing fair' thing to heart here. Her leg twitched slightly under his hand, "O-oh god, I.." Gracious he was being absolutely merciless wasn't he? "Th.. that.." She shivered again, the feels of his lips trailing up her chin enough to steal away her ability to speak for a moment. "...t..that was..." There weren't enough words to describe that last time. And it was hard to think of creative ones while he was doing that anyway.

She really was on fire in multiple ways. Her mind was burning down because of his careful attention to her every secret need. Her body was burning with that desire he'd stoked up with each touch and brush of his lips and tongue. And all the while his own heat rose because of her gradual inability to even form full sentences as well as the intoxicating scent she was starting to emanate the longer they continued this.

It was a fire that she entirely didn't mind being consumed by - being on fire with him. The way his touch ignited her entire being in ways she didn't think were possible. She'd kept asking herself how the hell he knew to do what he was doing, but in the end it didn't matter. Or she could simply chalk it up to Natsu being Natsu - intuitive in and out of fights. But it definitely didn't matter because by -GOD- she did not want him to stop.

All he did was watch her with every action he did and learn what got the strongest reaction and build up on that. Honestly it was all surprisingly natural for him. His instincts were never wrong either. "Mmmm Lucy~" he purred her name as if to get her attention only to steal her breath away as he claimed her lips with the greed expected of a dragon.

That figured it would be the trick of it. She wouldn't be surprised at all to know that actually, the way he was. She opened her eyes at the sound of her name, and just in time for him to claim her lips. Honestly she didn't mind running out of air with him either, and she was privately amused by his green. She wasn't sure who was greedier when it came to contact and kisses with each other, but she hadn't exactly made a count either. Didn't care to - the second she felt his lips against hers, she tightened her arms around him, leaning into the kiss with a low hum of pleasure. It was as she always said - the longer she was in his arms, the less she wanted to be out of them, fingers stroking through his hair idly.

This time the kiss wasn't just a press of lips to lips. No she would soon feel that familiar sensation of his tongue trying to find its way past her lips to sate a completely different thirst they shared. Keeping track of anything in these moments was a futile endeavor unless it involved making the other cry out more than you.

That would be an entertaining method of keeping score - although that would probably also be futile if they got so caught up with the sound of the other crying out that score didn't become important anymore. In any case if it had been something they were doing, Natsu would already have had the advantage from the soft moans he'd gotten out of her already.

And.. oh; feeling his tongue against her lips trying to gain entrance, she obliged him eagerly parting her lips with her tongue moving to meet his, the hand in his hair giving a slight tug reflexively.

It would be unreliable in the end. Especially when they would be so immersed in one another to think of anything else but that sensation. He felt Lucy's lips part and his tongue tried to dart in quickly only to be met by Lucy's own tongue. Oh so now she was finally playing the real game. That was exactly what he had been hoping for. The tug on his hair earned her another of those deep rumbling growls that seemed to taunt her to do that again.

Pretty accurate - probably a good thing something like that hadn't occurred to them to even try. Speaking of immersed, Lucy certainly was getting more immersed in him, Enough that her free hand slid under his vest in order to brush up his side and over his back, moving in a slow circle to better feel him. And that growl - she shivered slightly at the sound, the hand in his hair taking up that taunt and giving it another, slightly harder, tug.

Oh so that was how he could egg her on to take a bit more initiative. Gives another deep growl only a bit more short and firm as if to show that yes she was actually getting to him even if not getting him to stop. His tongue tangled with Lucy's as his hand started sweeping up under her skirt and around her thigh, pressing her hips up under him.

Oh lord he learned a new thing on egging her on. Well that was okay. At the second growl, she responded by pressing her nails against his back, tugging her tongue back briefly to nip his lower lip uttering a growly noise herself. Squirming slightly at his touch, she shifted her leg slightly, brushing it against the side of his leg, using it in a similar way to the hand rubbing over his back, breaking the kiss for a second to purr his name affectionately.

Oh the nails now too? Oh Mavis how he loved it when she started leaving her own mark on him like that. The surprises never stopped though as she let out her own growl like sound. Natsu actually looked down with wide eyes before quickly deciding he loved that sound as well~

"Mmmmm You're starting to really get fired up when you talk like that~"

Growling was definitely better suited to him, but sometimes she just had to respond in kind. She chuckled softly, kissing him before responding. "Mmm, well that's all your fault, getting me fired up like this." She murmured silkily. "There's no going back now." Even if he had any intention of stopping, the only thing that would make her stop now would be a dire emergency like a guild attack or the children screaming or something.

Suited yes but that didn't mean it didn't make her even more irresistible in Natsu's eyes. Then again he already has a hard time keeping his hands off of her. "Oh yeah? Well I'm not gonna say I'm sorry. Not when you look so hot I could eat you up right now. As if I'd even dream of going back~"

She was in the same boat, when it came to having a hard time keeping her hands off of him. "Mmm, I guess I can't argue that point," she chuckled softly. "I'd only follow you anyway,.. because I just can't keep my hands off of you." She fairly growled that part, leaning up for a sneak attack on his neck while dragging her nails up his back.

Then don't. Every part of me belongs to you. Every single part~ Just like every juicy bit of you is mine too~" It was a mutual ownership of the other. A very fair arrangement in Natsu's head anyway.

"Take off my vest. I know it's in your way~" Not really an order but given her state the suggestion might as well have been one.

She'd have to agree, that arrangement couldn't be more perfect. And it was true, every part of her did belong to him, body and soul. His suggestion - or order - in all likelihood it could have been either. She shifted her arms to push his vest off of him in order to let her hands feel the front of his body as well as the back. "Hmm... I've been yours since the day I met you." Maaaaybe a little later than. But she nuzzled her lips against his neck, treating him to a love bite or two before adding on to that. "..I don't know how I never saw it sooner."

He loved the free reign Lucy had over his chest and torso. Just feeling those wandering hands was enough to light his fire even brighter than before. Only she could make him burn like this to the point where the sun might as well have been a snowball compared to his desire.

"I think you might have had a hunch. After all you did dress up all nice that one time I asked you to meet me at the tree." Oh yes now that they were here, he'd put together the true meaning of that whole mess as well as why she slapped him.

"Mm..yeah, I guess. But Mira said it first, that she thought you had a crush on me." She wouldn't have gotten dolled up just based on Mira's words, after all. ... no need to mention she had considered not wearing underwear, no nooo. Wandering hands continued to wander, appreciating his physique more now than ever.

"Except when you said you just wanted me to summon Virgo ... I assumed I was wrong, and Mira was wrong." She's not going to bring up Mira suggesting -Gray- liked her either, thanks. That'd kill the mood faster than anything else, and she was rather enjoying the shared attention.

"And ever since then..." She nuzzled against his neck, "Well.. you know the rest." All the time she tried to pretend her feelings for him were anything but, only to slip up now and again.

"Well back then it was still all about how fun it was to spend time with you. And Virgo would've been great help." He didn't hold a grudge over the slap or anything either. Even before he figured out why he received it in the first place.

He nipped on her collar line down to Lucy's shoulder while his just as eager hands explored Lucy's body as she moved under him. Every soft bit, every delicious curve. She was absolutely perfect in his eyes both outside and within. A treasure fitting of this dragon indeed.

"Yeah I know the story alright. Lived it after all~"
