How it should have happened!

"If you do this, you won't be able to come back. They'll think of you as a traitor or a spy, the same as Allen." Komui had said. Well, she probably wouldn't be judged AS harshly as Allen, but it wouldn't look favorably on Lenalee if she up and abandoned the Order to chase after him. It was one thing to drag him back, but knowing what would wait for him if she did, she had no intention of doing so. And she had no intention of leaving his side once she found him either.

This... was not what she had dreamed of when she thought about the days of not being needed in the Order - when she and Allen could live together, even with Komui. But she didn't regret her decision. She did, however, worry about Komui once she left - because he would probably take the consequences for it. Sure he reassured her about it, that he would be fine - and that he would even follow as soon as he could, if he could -- lord knows they would be watching him like a /hawk/ if they didn't imprison him or something.

Was this really the right thing to do? Abandon her family for her love? Lenalee shook her head. Had to stop thinking like that. Komui was no fool, and he had his own allies there. He'd be fine.. besides, the dreams she had when she was able to sleep.. they worried her. frightened her, even.

No, that's a laugh. She hadn't been able to sleep properly since Allen took off. That's why she went out with the team to try and find them - but since they were called back, Lenalee couldnt help but disagree with the decision. Which is why she called her brother on a secure line and ..he already knew honestly. He knew she wouldn't agree to peacefully going back, after all she and Allen had been through.

So with her brother's blessing, reassurance and request that she convey his worries to Allen as well, Lenalee made an excuse that she needed to use the bathroom, and bolted the moment she was out of sight. Once she lost her pursuers, she would focus on searching for Allen properly. And pray (ha) she wasn't making a horrible mistake.

...she was more than fine with that. She loved feeling him nuzzle against her like that - she'd missed so much of his little touches that she needed to feel him close. She reached down with a hand to take his, squeezing it affectionately. "Good. You'll probably need to brush it again later," Mostly because the wind outside would mess with her hair, but erm.. also because they were going to get a little frisky. OK a lot frisky. "Come on, let's get going." Who knew how long they'd be on the train, or where they would even get off but destinations weren't really an issue with them as long as they were together.

"I'll do it as many times as you wish~" Allen promised with a smile before his hand was captured in her own and he fell in step by Lenalee's side looking every bit the married couple they were not. Yet.

Hopefully they didn't run into any of their room neighbors, because she and Allen were deeeeefinitely not quiet at night. Or during their frisky mornings. Fortunately the only strange look they got was from the staff considering Lenalee literally dragged Allen in unconscious when they arrived. Lenalee curled her arm around Allen's as they stepped up to the front desk so she could sign out, giving the perplexed woman a sweet smile before they made their way out. Though shortly after they got outside, Lenalee leaned against Allen's side, stifling a giggle, "They ...must have the strangest impression.."

Allen chuckled as hs shook his head and leaned it against Lenalee's slightly. " They probably do but that hardly matters does it." Even if they did run into anyone he would definitely have his poker face on towards them. Luckily they made it out just fine and it only took them a little while to disappear into morning crowd.

The aura of cuteness was quickly wiping out the population of the tiny town she found Allen in - RIP those poor people. But Lenalee nuzzled gently against his shoulder, "No, it doesn't," she giggled softly, hugging his arm, radiating adoring waves. It was only a short distance to the station at least, but she still toyed with his hand as they walked, clutching and loosening it, "So..what's the plan?" She asked a bit more seriously, in a quiet voice. She wasn't sure where he had been planning on getting to still, but their best option might in fact just be to pick the longest route and just jump off wherever they needed to if they got to a spot Allen wanted to go.

Unavoidable colateral damage really. Not that Allen was even fully aware of it but that was not going to change with Lenalee taking all of his attention. Her question does push him into a slightly more serious mood. "That's the thing actually. I only know the place from a vision. A mansion among an almost endless field of wheat."

Hmmm... well they were going to be doing a lot of traveling then. They would probably have to get off the train at some point. "An endless field of wheat.." she murmured faintly. "Well, I was thinking before that we could just get tickets for the end of the line, and get off before then.. but if we really don't have a specific destination that might be our best option anyway." They could just get off when the train started going by wheat fields if Allen thought it looked familiar. "What do you think?"

"That might be for the best. Luckily I can withdraw more money from one of the private accounts when we get at the next turn over town. Since the accounts were never registered with the Order I've been using those whenever I can't find a circus to do part time at." Allen explained as they went over through the station doors.

Lenalee quickly scanned the faces of the people in the crowd before settling again, "Is that how it was? Komui mentioned to me once that they couldn't find a paper trail or anything." Even her brother had been worried that Allen might have had no money to fend for himself. She really needed to let him know she found Allen. although his phone might be tapped by now. She was sure her brother would figure out a way to get in touch with her -- as long as he wasn't in trouble at least. She frowned a little worriedly. "But we'll be out traveling for a while..." Thanks for the understatement Lenalee. "Will you have enough?" They might have to get part time jobs here and there along the way

"I have a couple of ideas to deal with that when we will have to cross that bridge." Allen shook his head before taking Lenalee up to the counter to get hte tickets for the outgoing train. "But for now lets not worry about that. I just want to relax with you a little longer." Allen reassured her with a murmur against her ear.

Lenalee still looked a bit troubled about the possibilities, distractedly following Allen to the counter- but at that murmur, she glanced at him, saw that reassurance in his face, and immediately smiled again. Ah, he was right. No point in worrying about that right now. "Okay." She agreed, turning her attention to the ticket agent, filling out the necessary information - signing her name with a bit of a shaky handwriting: Lenalee Walker.

She stared at her signature for a moment or two, biting her lower lip with a blush, and then casting a quick smile to the agent again as she took her tickets. That was settled now - gods it was so .. indescribable to see her name like that though.

God if Komui ever found that ledger. May god have mercy on his soul since KOmui likely would not. Though seeing that name written down before his, Allen couldn't help but blush softly before signing in as well.

He watched Lenalee's matching blush and idly scratched at his cheek with a soft smile.

"We should ummmm find a bench to wait on."

The day a random Komuibot came hunting them down, Allen might have to worry for sure. But yes, hopefully Komui never saw that ledger. ... he might though. The ticket agent looked amused at the blushing couple before handing Allen his ticket, "You two don't have long to wait, the next train should be pulling into the station in half an hour." she assured them.

Lenalee smiled, taking Allen's arm, "Thank you," she smiled softly, before nodding to Allen, "Right.. let's go, .. honey." she murmured softly, her hand finding his to walk over to a bench with him.

"Yes dear~" Allen answered so naturally you'd think he had been doing this sort of routine for years. Those acting skills when other people were around really came in handy it seemed.

Lenalee felt herself blush even more intensely with how natural he sounded --- not that she sounded unnatural herself, but it still felt.. somehow different. In a good way, of course. "Haha.. it really is strange.. how wonderful it is to hear you say that." she murmured softly to him, taking a seat next to him on the bench and leaning against his side.

"Is it really that good? THen I'll just keep saying it and say more words like this much more from now on" Allen promized with a soft nuzzle behind her ear while his hand held hers in his lap, the two instantly generating their own little pocket world.

Lenalee giggled at the ticklish nuzzling, curling her fingers against his with a soft smile, "It's the same when I say it to you, right?" she murmured softly, "Honey~?" she added with a playful little purr, nuzzling back against him. Despite her 'threats' from earlier, she at least was behaving (... it was one thing to say she'd misbehave to get him excited, actually DOING it...was... uh..)

Allen shuddered from head to toe yet again in delight at the sound of that word spoken so close to his ear. That was pure evil indeed and yet he hoped she never stopped calling to him like that.

"It is my loveliest, Lenalee~"

When he reacted like that so wonderfully? She had no intention of ever stopping - if anything, she wanted to call to him more often until it was second nature. She wrapped her arms around him with a soft smile, nuzzling his ear affectionately. "Heehee, good." She snuggled against his side with a sigh, "One other good thing about being at the train station- we can't possibly get so disttracted we'll miss hearing the train arrive." ... Right?

"Mngh I am not so sure about that. WHispering in my ear like that is plenty distracting and I don't want you to stop anyway soooo..." Allen groaned faintly because dammit all having Lenalee speak in his ear like that was cheating on so many LEVELS.

Awww, telling her that was cheating on a level too, because it made her want to explore that reaction! She curled her arms around him a little more with a mischievous smile, whispering again as she nuzzled his ear, "WHen we get to our cabin on the train, I'll whisper into your ear like this so much more~"

That voice and the mischievous smile were far too potent for public consumption yet Allen yearned for it plenty given how he leaned into her a little more since she was far too impossible to even consider resisting.

"I'll keep you to that you know."

Lenalee pressed her lips against his cheek and nuzzled against him, "I know, and I'll keep my word, of course." Lenalee promised, "But for now, we just have to wait till the train arrives." She paused, and then suddenly slid her hands under his shirt like she wanted to warm her cold little palms that weren't cold at all.

Allen felt thsoe soft slender hands slip under his shirt and sucked a sharp breath before tensing up slightly. His eyes darted to the left and right before slowly leaning into her touch some more only to lean against her ear.

"What you say and what you do doesn't quite match, miss Walker~"

Miss Walker. God, but she loved the sound of that. She grinned a bit more widely, tucking her head against his shoulder to hide her blush as best she could - even though her ears were red as anything at the moment, and only more so when he leaned against her ear like that. "Mmh - My hands are cold, that's all..and you're warm~" She whispered back to him.
