midnightstar | A SURPRISE LENALEE APPROACHES; Command?

Despite all of everything the Black Order has been through, it was business as usual for the various teams. Lenalee and Allen were in one team with Miranda and a few Finders. Lucky them, their mission took them to the mountains - beautiful scenery, but cold weather. Fortunately they managed to find a small inn with vacancies, so they could stay indoors. Amazingly, Miranda was actually sleeping more peacefully than Lenalee at the moment.

Although after all of the scenarios and seeing all of the deaths in the war with the Earl and fighting the akuma, (...not to mention what she personally has been through), it really should come as no surprise that Lenalee's sleep was less than restful. While she managed to snatch an hour or two here and there of sleep, worries about her friends, her brother, and one exorcist in particular all contributed to making her nightmare particularly bloody and gruesome. When she jerked awake for the second time that night (or was it third, she wasn't sure), she knew she wouldn't be able to get back to sleep right away, so she silently slipped out of her room, padding down the hall. Maybe a glass of water would settle her nerves.

And she'd like him to not almost die again, thank you very much. "..even though we've been together for a few days now, it still feels like a dream." She glanced at him, "Pinch me, I want to be sure this is real." She joked, holding out her arm.

Of course it's real - this sort of joy couldn't be fabricated. But hey, if he moves his arm to pinch her, she could sneak in closer to tuck herself under his arm nice and cozylike. "I kind of hope no one else finds this place."

He would like that too. Even more so now. He had so much more to live for now and that extended to after the war too. That alone made his life that much more precious.

"Well if you asked~" He wasn't really going to pinch her but he did raise his arm giving Lenalee the opening needed to slip under his arm mid way.

"I don't think they will. This is quite a ways away from the main path and most people aren't exploring the island like us~"

Lenalee chuckled again, shifting closer to him and curling her arm around his to make sure he held her close. As if that was a danger of him -not- holding her close. "True. It's a good thing that you found this place then, Allen." She smiled softly, leaning up slightly to brush her lips against his cheek. "This place really is just for us that way."

As if he would miss a chance to feel Lenalee against his side. Especially now that they didn't have to worry about going too far before they told Komui. Actually that thought still hadn't completely sun in but the way he pulled Lenalee close showed that he'd realized it subconsciously.

"We found this place. Together. I can hardly take all the credit~" Allen smile before he pressed a small kiss to Lenalee's temple.

That revelation didn't feel quite real to Lenalee either. She was about to give him all the credit for finding the flower meadow, but knowing Allen, he wouldn't stand for it. Or sit for it. "All right," she giggled, locking her arms around him tightly and nuzzling against his side at that little kiss, touched. "Together. We'll do everything we can together."

No he wouldn't have it at all. After all he hadn't planned that discovery in the least. Feeling her nuzzling against him and holding him close made Allen's heart race even quicker before he tucked himself around Lenalee as well.

"That's a promise." He agreed with an adoring smile before he gently claimed a kiss from her lips.

Feeling him move in closer to claim a kiss, she smiled, tilting her head up to him to return that kiss with a soft, happy hum. Her free hand slid away from him to brush against his cheek, her thumb stroking his skin affectionately.

Such a lovely sound to go with their lips as they pressed together and shared in the warmth and absolute bliss of the moment for the two young exorcists. "To think I'll be able to enjoy this whenever we can get away with it~" Allen chuckled leaning against her hand openly

Lenalee grinned, her thumb gently stroking along the line of his jaw as she drank in the sight of him. "Yes.. and even if Komui tries to be difficult, there's Reever and Jerry on our side too."

That kind of touch was making him very aware of his own body as well as Lenalee's. Allen's eyes widened a bit and the blush on his cheek grew slightly darker too.

"True having them help out in this will make it a bit easier." Just a bit. Komui would get plenty of practice creating new and more dangerous Komurin's to send after him for a good while from now on.

"I never want to stop holding you~"

Lenalee's smiled warmed as much as his blush deepened, as she chuckled softly. "And we'll have this place to ourselves too." When they want to just get away for a while. She didn't want to think about the kinds of Komurin's Komui was going to come up with - but he was only going to end up making Allen stronger in the end!

That comment about not wanting to stop holding her brought a deeper blush to her cheeks as she gently brushed her hand against his cheek, almost fascinated by the feel of his skin against her palm. "..that's good..because I don't want you to stop holding me." She murmured softly, "Being in your arms like this ...is heaven."

"Our own little private getaway. I like the sound of that~" Allen nodded with a bright smile before she went quiet again and answered his words in kind.

"Then I'll do that. I'll hold you now and forever~ Because you are...that precious to me. More precious than anything else."

"So do I," Lenalee agreed with a grin. Having their own private sneaky hideaway - what could be more perfect than that?

.... apparently, Allen proves what could be more perfect than that with that comment. It literally leaves her breathless, her hand stilling as she stared at him in quiet awe, "A-Allen..."

"Do you think I said too much? Well it's the truth either way~" Allen said smiling contently back at Lenalee before leaning in to press his lips to Lenalee's palm, his eyes closing in the bliss of the moment.

"No... not at all..." she answered, sounding a little like he took her breath away. Because he did. "I ..I just didn't expect..." him to press his lips to her palm? Yeah she didn't expect that either. "..you to be as breathtakingly ..astounding as you are."

Goodness he didn't think he had that great of an effect on her and yet she sounded like she had completely been left breathless. He'd barely done anything. Then what he was thinking of next would probably shock her even more.

"Really now. I think you are much more than me. You shine like no other at least in my eyes."

She forgot who's apprentice he was. Not that she would ever say that Cross had any hand in his natural charm and charisma. But, Allen was definitely suave without even trying. Maybe that's why Komui was worried - Allen was a secret heart breaker!

At least Lenalee's was one heart he wouldn't break. "Ha..haha, no way..! You're truly amazing - just being with you makes me feel like I can fly, even without my innocence. I feel like I must be the luckiest girl in the world.. who else can say they met their truest love? I want to be with you, making you happy, for the rest of my life."

HE would rather eat needles than admit any of his personality came from his master. But luckily Lenalee kept that particular thought to herself. However it was his turn next to be rendered speechless.

"Now you've gone and done it." The next moment he pulled Lenalee so she was sitting in his lap instead of next to him, facing him as he looked up at her with a...whole new kind of gaze.

Lenalee doesn't want him to eat needles, so she'll keep on keeping that tidbit to herself. Also because she suddenly loses her train of thought after that confession and Allen pulls her into... into his lap like that. "Wha.." Oh. That look was another thing, and she had a little trouble getting her train of thought back.

"All...all I did was...say the truth.." she managed softly, her blush darkening. She was, after all, sitting in his lap now, and while being this close wasn't -new-, that look definitely was.

That had been his most assertive move yet and thankfully it didn't seem to go badly with Lenalee one bit. Something he was infinitely grateful for given the part of him that worried had already been pushed back a bit.

"So was I you know~" With her in his lap that meant his hands were free to go wherever they liked and right now they wanted to feel Lenalee's hips while he leaned a little closer.

OH WHAT HAS SHE DONE.

Well - him pulling her into his lap might have been his most assertive move yet, but she reasoned it wasn't more ..embarrassing than her lying on top of him in his own bed. ... she thinks.

"I know," Lenalee murmured, her hand gently sliding across his jaw into his hair. "And I love you even more for it--" Wait, those ..those are his hands aren't they? And reaching for uh... for...yep those were her hips. This was...definitely new.

She's opened up a wonderful pandora's box. Allen didn't feel like stopping either. Feeling Lenalee on top of him was giving him quite the thrill and he wanted to explore that feeling even more.

"Well you make it so impossible not to love you. It's a miracle I managed to be the one to get your attention first~"

Then it's a good thing Lenalee wasn't freaked out or anything by him pulling her into his lap, let alone the way he was letting his hands wander. Actually it was quite the opposite - though it was making her blush profusely, feeling his hands touching anywhere other than her face or even her back was ..well she wasn't sure what to define the sensation as, but she certainly didn't want him to stop.

She smiled softly, slipping her other arm around him loosely as she leaned a little closer, "You've had my attention from the day you arrived."

"Well that would explain it. After all my first impression wasn't exactly very flattering. Arguing with Kanda in front of the gatekeeper." Allen chuckled softly before his hand slowly moved to the small of Lenalee's back to tug her lower half closer to him as well. It was all as natural as breathing once he entered this mood it seemed.

Not the most dashing of entrances, no, but Lenalee still laughed at the memory. "It's because you were arguing with Kanda that got my attention. Most people would have been scared off by him." ~~And the aura of douchiness he gives off~~.

Natural as breathing was definitely an accurate way to phrase it - Lenalee shifted closer along with his tug, though she blushed awkwardly when she couldn't move any closer for..obvious reasons.
