Spending day after day in the cabin Natsu had built near the Guild, going on missions and living, being WITH Natsu was plain and simple, pure. Heaven. Lucy could genuinely not think of any time she was as happy as she was with him. It still amused her to think of the times she was too flustered to acknowledge her feelings for him, until things came to a head.

And then the kids came along during that mission - Nev and Justine, along with their 'mom' Regine. If Natsu becoming an integral part of Lucy's life was like completing her, then the kids and Regine were the added frosting on a perfected cake. Yeah that metaphor was all over the place. GRANTED it was a little difficult to get time alone with Nev and Justine almost demanding their attention a good amount of the time, but she didn't mind, and didn't think Natsu did either. They had their evenings together, and their little hiding spots to sneak away to, sometimes just for fun.

Meanwhile the first rays of light were beginning to filter in through the window-shades of their room, with Lucy snuggled up against Natsu's side, an arm wrapped around him with a faint smile on her lips. Not quite awake yet, but in that in-between point of just about to rouse. The birds had barely even begun to chirp when the distant BAM! of a door swinging open, followed by barely hushed giggling voices and scampering feet could be heard by Dragonslayer senses with ease, obviously heading towards said cabin.

"Well you have all the time in the world to get as much of it as you can take~" Natsu purred, turning his lips down to Lucy's neck as he pulled her even closer to him, his hands roaming slowly over her sides and thighs.

"O-ohh..." Lucy murmured distractedly, "Is..... that so?" She grinned, curling into him more as he pulled her closer, even uttering a soft purr of pleasure, "That's perfect then, because I'd like nothing more than to spend all the time in the world monopolizing your attention and time like this," she chuckled, smoothing her hand along his back with another content purr.

"It is~" Natsu smirked against her neck this time bringing his fang into play as well as he pressed up against her while his hand found the path up her arm while turning his lips over to the earlobe.

"Then you will have a very easy time as long as you are you~"

Her soft purrs started to melt into faint sighs of sheer bliss. This kind of treatment was difficult to sit still for - "Mmh...that's..good," she purred softly, nuzzling against him, "I'm not planning on being anyone else." Her other arm snaked around to complete the circle, moving over his back, her voice drifting into affectionate, intimate murmurs.

Eventually Natsu started leaning Lucy over more and more as he pushed up against his partner, aiming to get right on top of her just as soon as she allowed it.

"Good~ I would have to be very convincing otherwise~"

Lucy nuzzled into him, her lips brushing along his jaw, "Convincing..? You'd just have to be yourself," she grinned. Heck, he's never had trouble convincing her to join in on his shenanigans before. Just like he doesn't need much to convince her to shift her position, leaning back until he was on top of her.

She blinked up at him, then grinned, her fingers moving up his back to brush the back of her hand against his cheek, "You just reminded me of something.."

Natsu took a moment to lean down and claim her lips with a quick but passionate kiss before he stared back down at her with a cheeky smirk.

"Oh? Reminded you of what~"

... She stared at him for a second. "What?" ...

"OH! Oh right." Lucy blushed - he almost, ALMOST rendered her thought process offline with that sneaky kiss, passionate as it was. She grinned back at that kiss, "I owe you an inferno, don't I?" An inferno of kisses~

"Oh that~ Mhm you did say something along those lines~ Ready to keep your word then~?" Natsu asked putting his hand around her hip to pull her closer to him as if to have her hook her leg around him.

Lucy giggled, pulling him closer, wrapping her arms tighter around him, "Mmhmhm, what do you think..?" she purred, sliding a hand against the back of his neck to pull him close enough that she could make good on her word, leaning up to claim his lips in a kiss, that was soon to be followed by another, then another, and several more after that.

Feeling him pull her closer to him as well, she was more than willing to close that little bit of distance with him, sliding her leg over his to hook him in place.

"I think you don't want any more marshamallows. Instead you want me to warm you up from the inside out~" Natsu growled, feeling his desires start to run rampant now that there was even less distance between their own bodies.

Lucy glanced over to where the bag of marshmallows had been shoved, dismissed - then glanced back at Natsu with a playful smirk, leaning close enough that he could feel her lips brushing against his skin when she responded in a soft, sultry whisper, "Well you did stop the campfire...it's your responsibility to ~warm me up~ again." She gave a little mock shiver. She's so chilly except not, when she was wrapped up in his arms.

Oh now she was using that voice too? Then it was obvious that she was more than all for this little detour. Or was it their destination all along? Either way Natsu was not going to back down especially when she shivered against him.

"Mmmm then I'll warm you up real good~ Let me show you how~"

She definitely had no problem with a little detour of their affection, wherever it led them. Any attention from Natsu she would never say no to.

She chuckles softly, running her hands up his back, "Mmm, I can hardly wait." she purred, "I need your warmth more than I could say." As much she adored the children, she craved this personal time with him. She needed it like a man in the desert needed water.

Well they were in the privacy of their own home while the kids were far far away getting to enjoy their new home. Meaning no one could really interrupt the two fiery lovers.

"Hmhmhm where do you need it most then? Here? Or maybe right here~?" Natsu said as he slid his hand underneath Lucy's top.

Lucy sucked in a breath feeling his hand against her skin, "Nnggh that's... good for a start.." she managed after a moment, her hands starting to match his - not sliding under his shirt yet, but sliding over his back and shoulders, her lips brushing against his neck.

"A good start hmmm? Just that~?" Natsu growled playfully before he nipped and suckled at her neck a little harder while his hands found their mark smoothing over the soft swell of her chest.

Lucy giggled against his ear, her fingers trailing up into his hair, "Mmha..a great start?" She suggested, equally playfully, before she uttered a louder humm of pleasure from his attention, this time not feigning the little shiver under his touch in the least, her fingers curling into his hair.

"Mmm better." Natsu chuckled and then cheated by dragging his warm tongue along her pulse before he nipped sharply at her earlobe with an exaggerated growl.

HA, foolish dragon, did he think she wouldn't call him out on his evil cheating ways? She was caught off guard for a moment at the sensation of his tongue against her skin, her soft groan in response turning into a sharp squeal when he nipped her earlobe, "Natsu-!" She couldn't even chide him properly though, when she giggled, "You're doing it again.." Cheating! Not ..that she disapproved. Far from it, given the way she tugged his hair when he nipped her in the first place. But she can tease him for it.

"Doing what? You mean this~?" He asid and hsamelesly gave another sharp nibble along the lobe this time even tugging on it a little bit as if to remind he he was the one cho claimed her first all along.

"Ghhahh," she gasped at the sneak attack, "Ye-ees. That." She grinned in spite of herself, tilting her head to nip his neck in retaliation, "As if you didn't know, lover boy." Shameless lover boy~ she believed his innocent question about as much as he believes hers.

"Hmmm maybe I do maybe I don't~" Natsu growled with excitement pumping through his veins. This was just too good when he got her to join in with the mischief and sneak attacks like that when she just couldn't help herself.

"Thing is does it really matter~?"

She nuzzled against him, breathing a soft purr against his ear, "Mmm, not even a little. The only thing that matters is you and me." He's the only person in her world right now.

"Funny that. I feel the same way. Only it's like that every day. Every moment I'm close to you~" A perpetual cycle of absolute adoration that is mostly kept inside of him and just barely voiced in touches or whispered words.
