Since graduating from the Academy, life has been..interesting for Alisa, to say the least. She's been kept very busy, since she was upholding her promise to her mother on showing her the proper way to run the company, and it wasn't easy to put in those changes. Though it would have been a lot harder if she didn't have the support of those around her. But because of that, she hadn't been able to get time to get to visit Rean as much as she liked.

Translation: As much as she liked = every day. She did get to visit - or vice versa - at least on the weekend, and she talked to him almost every night thanks to the range on the ARCUS. Just as finished up for the night, she made her way up to the penthouse, glancing around to make sure she was alone (And you never know with Sharon) in order to take out her ARCUS once more and see if she could get a hold of Rean before bed. She was planning on seeing if he was in the area - alternatively, she was sure she could get away for a visit, if he wasn't busy.

Well he had said it and the fact that she claimed to feel the same only earned Alisa a quick chortle from her beloved Rean. "Hmmm I guess we think more alike than even i realized~" he purred softly.

Alisa loved the sound of his laughs - every one of them. Except for the pained, false ones of course. She nuzzled closer, "Hmm.. I guess we do." She agreed after pretending to think about it a minute. Though she did lean forward to press her lips against his to steal a tender kiss from her love.

Oh those kisses. Even the most innocent instances could completely unwind him in seconds and Rean shuddered softly against Alisa as his strength seemed to falter and he allowed himself to rest against Alisa more fully.

"Guess that means we were always made for each other then~"

She smiled happily, nuzzling against him with a warm sigh, relaxing into hiim as he was doing the same. "...sounds right to me. .. I'm ..just sorry it took me so long to realize...what you mean to me." SO many missed opportunities. She was determined to make up for those though.

"You have nothing to apologize for. " After all he was no less dense about these matters. Just ask all of the people whose heads he's patted until this day. Not even Altina was safe and she was someone asigned to him by his asshole of a father no less.

That /was/ true, and she mulls that over for a moment, before giving him a soft teasing smirk, "Maybe I should make you apologize instead then." And no more headpatting other women! ... okay she wouldn't really say that, but wow would she give him an irritated glare for like half a second if they took it the wrong way. Because he was so darn dense he never seemed to understand how girls felt about gestures like that.

Oh dear. Did he just subconsciously step on a landmine with that thought of his? But he never really meant any harm with that gesture. Even Altina seemed to kind of like it before rebuking him back on the ship implying he had ulterior motives.

"Ahahaha...I get the feeling the list would be pretty long if you did."

Maybe! But no worries, she knew he didn't mean any harm. But she couldn't help but needle and tease him a little. "Ohhh?" She leaned back a bit to get a better look at his face, "Have you been doing things that would make you have to apologize to me with A LOT OF WOMEN? I didn't think you were that kind of person, Schwarzer." Hmph! Yeah she's messing with you Rean. OR IS SHE? (She is.)

and it's this time that he ends up falling for her teasing bluff.

"W-Well I. It might help moer if we establsih some kind of standard or ground rules for me to alway keep in mind?"

W-wait, seriously? Alisa was only joking. The fact that Rean didn't respond with a joking comment but seemed to be taking it seriously brings a slight frown to her lips, and she narrows her eyes slightly, suspicious. "Ground rules...?" Her immediate thought was to say 'don't head pat other women' but.. well, that was just the way he was, and it felt somehow wrong to make that kind of demand.

Jeez Rean, what's he been doing that she would have to worry about that kind of thing anyway? Not that she's that worried -- she trusts him! ... okay well she is a little worried now. "...just what have you been doing?" Maybe HE's the one bluffing and she fell for HIS bluff?

SHe wasn't even trying to corner him and already he was acting like a husband caught read handed by his wife. Rean hesitated for a moment.

"I...have been trying to get that girl Altina to open up whenever we're paired up for a mission." there he confessed it. Now to see how Alisa was going to take it.

He hadn't even done anything wrong, yet the way he was responding made it kind of sound like he might have done something that she should be angry with him about! Worse, it was making her start to pull away, a troubled, conflicted frown starting to replace the smile on her face.

"Altina..?" A pause for a second as she quickly remembered who that was. She was probably about Millium's age, so she didn't think she had anything to worry about... unless Rean's usual niceness was giving her the wrong idea and ... great now she was getting worried, and unless Rean kept his grip on her, she was going to push herself up.

"That girl...?" Danger Danger Will Robinson, there was definitely a storm starting to brew in her voice. Be careful how you answer, Rean! The only reason she didn't immediately jump into a jealous huff was because she did trust Rean. "What have you been doing to her?" Headpetting her probably. Damn that headpet!

"Doing To her? Why are you making it sound like I am some kind of molester? I simply had her try out some normal things like sweets and well...bought her some more normal clothes. I had the clerk do all the picking of course!" He was just footing the bill! Honest there there was no ulterior motive. He just wanted her to act and be more human like. There was clearly a normal girl deep deep down there. hell she had a teasing streak that wouldn't lose out to Alisa whenever it actually came out.

Alisa flinched slightly - yeah she did kind of pick the wrong words for that, "...well you're the one who asked about ground rules so..." She paused, shook her head a little, "No, I mean... sorry I didn't mean to say it like that." She had been thinking of themore innocent head petting that ...yeah.

Though when he explained what it was he was doing with Altina, Alisa couldn't help but feel jealous for an -entirely- different reason. Not because she thought of Altina as competition, thankfully, but it suddenly hits her that she would be spending way more time with Rean than Alisa could. "...oh..." She really hated her jealous traits sometimes - they popped up at the worst times. Buying Altina candy and clothes was definitely more like a father and daughter or sibling outing but still...

She looked away, "Then ...then why were you asking about ground rules...?" It made her think he'd done something wrong!

Frankly once Rean had time to cool off from the first mission he had with Altina as a partner, he quickly found himself feeling a bit of...a connection with the girl. IN that they were both being treated as tools for that man's ultimate goals. But while he could still at least talk to his classmates, Altina didn't have anything like that. Even Millium had Lechter and Captain Claire. Altina on the other hand...That was too lonely. So whenever they had time he would often try all sorts of normal activities and even try to see if she could find a hobby of some kind. At first she'd found it annoying and pointless but it didn't take long to feel a shift in that demeanor. For some reason that girl was triggering his protective instincts

"Well looking back I made plenty of mistakes that got on your bad side without realizing and I wanted to be sure I wouldn't do that again. Not when we....finally became a proper couple." He was just being careful yet it seemed that had been too careful and here they were with the mood now kind of in flux.

She glanced at him for a few minutes, then glanced away again, "...well... it is true that you're not always the most...observant when it comes to women..." And other times he was -scarily- perceptive. "..but I know I can be...a little...jealous sometimes too..." That is a huge underestatement, but at least she admits it. She was jealous of Altina for goodness sakes, and Rean was only trying to be nice and help her when she had just as bad a situation as he did.

"I mean... I know I can trust you no matter what." That she knows for dang sure. It's other women she didn't trust. And yeah, back then because of..irrational things she thought the worst of him at first. But that jealousy was harder to ignore, as much as she loved him and knowing how he tended to be charming without meaning to. And he'd probably be too dense to realize when a girl was crushing on him. Part of her wanted to say 'Don't hair pet other girls, just me' but that was a little too unfair of her when hairpetting people was just part of what Rean does. He was compassionate and she didn't want to change any of that.

Rean on the other hand could tell the mood was taking a dip so naturally he did not want to let that trend continue any longer so instead he pushed his lips up against Alisa's neck again.

"Those words mean the world to me." Rean murmured so reverently and with nothing but absolute adoration in his heart for the girl who was facing her own feelings towards him.

Eep! Alisa actually let out a surprised noise when he pressed her lips against her neck while she was fretting over hypotheticals. It does distract her from thinking about it -- or anything else, when she shudders softly, her attention back to Rean at thos words. "Rean..." It was a miracle how he could do that, distract her from her own negative thoughts and replace it with that warmth and love again. And the -way- he said it, with that adoring look on his face, and her worried expression melted back into a soft smile. "...you're so incredible..." she murmured softly.

Success! Rean could not be happier with the shift in mood and he smiled right back at her before nuzzling faintly. "I still pale in comparison to you." Or maybe that was just his enormous bias towards Alisa talking. But it was the truth in his heart and that was what mattered right?

She purred faintly, nuzzling back against him, though at that generous bias towards her she chuckled gently... and nipped him hard. No self depreciation in her company! "No you don't." She countered, "I wouldn't be where I am now if it weren't for you." She nuzzled his neck with another nip, "And I wouldn't have gained the confidence to tell Mother she what I felt if not for you," she nipped his ear next, brushing her lips behind his ear.

"I am where I am because of you." But that's HER enormous bias toward him talking so .. they were both biased in their affectionate compliments, and if he's not careful she's going to full his head with all the things she loved about him and kiss away his denials.

That was still all inside of you all along. Is what he would say if he didn't already know she would shut him down yet again be it with her words or something more enjoyable. So in the end Rean could only admit defeat with a smile and a shake of his head.

"I just can't win against you can I?" Rean askwed with a loving smile on his lips

Alisa fully meant to say, 'no, never' in response to his question. But that look on his face instead made her respond with a playful whisper of ".. Why don't you try?" in an almost... almost sultry tone, teasingly. Ah, though if he actually DID say something, she was going to quickly lean forward and steal a kiss.

... actually she might do that even if he doesn't say anything. He was just that addictive.

"Is that a challenge I hear?" Rean asked after a brief pause of a few breath when he heard those words. It seemed ALisa's more mischievous side had been fully awakened and Rean was left to enjoy the spoils of that wonderful development.

So he leaned forward swiftly aiming to claim the kiss first.

Her eyes only widened for a second in surprise when he moved in before she could. She has no problems with this though, and leaned more against him with a soft purr of pleasure. May morning never come, because she wanted to spend forever with Rean. This was the happiest she's ever been, and though she knew she still had to work on her biggest issues .. like her jealousy, right now the most important thing was her precious Rean.

Rean would certainly have no problem witth time just ceasing to move forward for teh two of them. That meant he could enjoy more and more and more time together with the one who was such an irreplacable part of his heart now.

"I love you~" he purred against her lips over and over and over again.
