"If you do this, you won't be able to come back. They'll think of you as a traitor or a spy, the same as Allen." Komui had said. Well, she probably wouldn't be judged AS harshly as Allen, but it wouldn't look favorably on Lenalee if she up and abandoned the Order to chase after him. It was one thing to drag him back, but knowing what would wait for him if she did, she had no intention of doing so. And she had no intention of leaving his side once she found him either.

This... was not what she had dreamed of when she thought about the days of not being needed in the Order - when she and Allen could live together, even with Komui. But she didn't regret her decision. She did, however, worry about Komui once she left - because he would probably take the consequences for it. Sure he reassured her about it, that he would be fine - and that he would even follow as soon as he could, if he could -- lord knows they would be watching him like a /hawk/ if they didn't imprison him or something.

Was this really the right thing to do? Abandon her family for her love? Lenalee shook her head. Had to stop thinking like that. Komui was no fool, and he had his own allies there. He'd be fine.. besides, the dreams she had when she was able to sleep.. they worried her. frightened her, even.

No, that's a laugh. She hadn't been able to sleep properly since Allen took off. That's why she went out with the team to try and find them - but since they were called back, Lenalee couldnt help but disagree with the decision. Which is why she called her brother on a secure line and ..he already knew honestly. He knew she wouldn't agree to peacefully going back, after all she and Allen had been through.

So with her brother's blessing, reassurance and request that she convey his worries to Allen as well, Lenalee made an excuse that she needed to use the bathroom, and bolted the moment she was out of sight. Once she lost her pursuers, she would focus on searching for Allen properly. And pray (ha) she wasn't making a horrible mistake.

Oh heavens no, she did the short hairstyle already (not entirely willingly, mind) and she remembered Komui's reaction to it. "Maybe a different hairstyle?" She absently reached up and toyed with a few strands of hair that he had already brushed out nicely, and smoothed her hand against it. "I was wondering if maybe you would want to see it differently."

"Mmmm as long as it's not cutting it, you can surprise me if you feel like it~" Allen wouldn't really want to shcange perfection but if Lenalee had ideas of her own for sokme changes he wouldn't be against it. For the most part.

"I am curious what kind of hairdo you'd go with."

Lenalee let out a silent sigh of relief, "Hmmm... In that case, I could try a few different ones while we're on the train." She wouldn't want to do something overly fancy or complicated - he would probably feel guilty for messing up her hair when she put a lot of time into styling it. Oooooor he'd like seeing it rumpled and messy -- hrm. Hard to say really.

"Yeah that sounds like it could be fun" Though he had to admit that disheveled look after a particularly wild night together DID carry an insane ammount of alure for him. Maybe he was just that biased in the end? Did it really matter when it didn't harm anyone? Probably not. Or maybe he just didn't care.

What if she just ruffled up her hair to look disheveled intentionally- or unintentionally just from running her hand through her hair while thinking? Or she just went for the disheveled look before tugging him into bed to curl up with him and relax. Either way, they were both pretty biased, bit it was fine since it only effected them both. And they welcomed the attention besides. "Then that'll be a good way to spend some of our time on the train."

Those were two very tempting options and the third was just as much so. Allen had to remind himself to pry away from her again since his hands were starting to get frisky again from having Lenalee so close.

"I agree. It'll make things go by in a flash."

Oho, she could tell he was starting to feel frisky again, and she had to hide a smile. And remind herself as well - they could get frisky later. Gotta keep her eyes on target for now. "I think that'll do for now," she murmured, raising a hand to touch her hair as he managed to pry himself away. "We should get dressed, don't you think?"

Darn it seemed she was determined to stick to their intended schedule after all. There is a faint mutinous grumble that sounds out from Allen as he slowly unravels from around Lenalee. But not before taking one last long nuzzle against her hair.

"Don't fuss," Lenalee playfully scolded, "You don't want to miss the train do you?" Actually maybe he did since then they'd have to kill time waiting for the next one... oh she's on to you, Walker. "Once we get our tickets and get on the train we can spend the entire ride in bed." ...that...came out a little differently from how she meant it, so she coughed a little with a slight blush, leaning a bit against him before giving him a gentle nudge to get his clothing.

She'd be lying if she said she wasn't looking forward to telling the staff that she and her husband (if she can even get the word out) would be checking out. It made her giddy and tickled and flustered her all at once.

"Mmmm I'm going to refrain from commenting on that." Allen grumbled with a sigh but he knew she was in the right all along. He just wished he could do what he actually desired. Though when Lenalee phrased her argument in THAT suggestive of a choice of phrase it seemed to get him a little more willing.

"Well since you put it that way." With which he leaned over to peck her cheek and finally go retrieve the clothes.

He'd also be caught quite off guard if she did use that word for him. Flattered but definitely caught off guard.

Unfortunately she still could only say it in her head still. Though introducing herself as Mrs. Walker was definitely still on the docket. Probably. She chuckled softly at Allen's grumbling until he finally agreed to her promise, flashing an affectionate smile at him with the peck to her cheek ...and steal a cheeky lingering glance for a second or two when he went to get his clothes before turning to get her own. "Um.. do you have to talk to those people you were with before we go?" That won't be awkward at all - maybe she should wait a short distance away.. even though he's promised to stay with her, there was still a twisting sensation in her stomach at the thought of being more than five feet away from him. Not because she worried he'd go back on his word and she'd have to chase him down again though.

Allen shook his head since he did make preparations in case he had to sdisappear without warning. He'd just mail back the costume before they got on the train but given the nature of his current circumstance he had long since mastered the art of just disappearing without causing too much trouble.

"No I left a letter with the ring master to open in case I just don't come back one day."

SHe really had gotten lucky with finding him in town, if he had prepared that much. "All right-" Her voice muffled a bit as she slipped her clothes back on, finalizing the process by pulling her hair out the back of her shirt carefully, so as not to ruin Allen's hard work. "I was worried they might worry about you if you didn't say anything."

"Mmm I didn't really have the luxury of getting too close to any of them. Just enough to not be seen as a snob." Allen chuckled dryly before stepping up behind Lenalee to examine if he had to do any last second brushing once she had her dress back on.

Lenalee obediently stood still to let Allen inspect her hair, though she had to resist the urge to lean against him or pull his arms around her, "I see.." that was also kind of sad, but that was what he had needed to do with the way things were. Well, she would be able to fulfill his need for companionship and more, for certain. "How does it look? Did I mess it up?" She smiled softly, looking over her shoulder at him.

"No not a single strand out of place~" Allen nodded looking satisfied with that result before leaning in a little closer to nuzzle against the silken strands. He...was probably going to do that a lot. The nuzzling that is.

...she was more than fine with that. She loved feeling him nuzzle against her like that - she'd missed so much of his little touches that she needed to feel him close. She reached down with a hand to take his, squeezing it affectionately. "Good. You'll probably need to brush it again later," Mostly because the wind outside would mess with her hair, but erm.. also because they were going to get a little frisky. OK a lot frisky. "Come on, let's get going." Who knew how long they'd be on the train, or where they would even get off but destinations weren't really an issue with them as long as they were together.

"I'll do it as many times as you wish~" Allen promised with a smile before his hand was captured in her own and he fell in step by Lenalee's side looking every bit the married couple they were not. Yet.

Hopefully they didn't run into any of their room neighbors, because she and Allen were deeeeefinitely not quiet at night. Or during their frisky mornings. Fortunately the only strange look they got was from the staff considering Lenalee literally dragged Allen in unconscious when they arrived. Lenalee curled her arm around Allen's as they stepped up to the front desk so she could sign out, giving the perplexed woman a sweet smile before they made their way out. Though shortly after they got outside, Lenalee leaned against Allen's side, stifling a giggle, "They ...must have the strangest impression.."

Allen chuckled as hs shook his head and leaned it against Lenalee's slightly. " They probably do but that hardly matters does it." Even if they did run into anyone he would definitely have his poker face on towards them. Luckily they made it out just fine and it only took them a little while to disappear into morning crowd.

The aura of cuteness was quickly wiping out the population of the tiny town she found Allen in - RIP those poor people. But Lenalee nuzzled gently against his shoulder, "No, it doesn't," she giggled softly, hugging his arm, radiating adoring waves. It was only a short distance to the station at least, but she still toyed with his hand as they walked, clutching and loosening it, "So..what's the plan?" She asked a bit more seriously, in a quiet voice. She wasn't sure where he had been planning on getting to still, but their best option might in fact just be to pick the longest route and just jump off wherever they needed to if they got to a spot Allen wanted to go.

Unavoidable colateral damage really. Not that Allen was even fully aware of it but that was not going to change with Lenalee taking all of his attention. Her question does push him into a slightly more serious mood. "That's the thing actually. I only know the place from a vision. A mansion among an almost endless field of wheat."

Hmmm... well they were going to be doing a lot of traveling then. They would probably have to get off the train at some point. "An endless field of wheat.." she murmured faintly. "Well, I was thinking before that we could just get tickets for the end of the line, and get off before then.. but if we really don't have a specific destination that might be our best option anyway." They could just get off when the train started going by wheat fields if Allen thought it looked familiar. "What do you think?"

"That might be for the best. Luckily I can withdraw more money from one of the private accounts when we get at the next turn over town. Since the accounts were never registered with the Order I've been using those whenever I can't find a circus to do part time at." Allen explained as they went over through the station doors.

Lenalee quickly scanned the faces of the people in the crowd before settling again, "Is that how it was? Komui mentioned to me once that they couldn't find a paper trail or anything." Even her brother had been worried that Allen might have had no money to fend for himself. She really needed to let him know she found Allen. although his phone might be tapped by now. She was sure her brother would figure out a way to get in touch with her -- as long as he wasn't in trouble at least. She frowned a little worriedly. "But we'll be out traveling for a while..." Thanks for the understatement Lenalee. "Will you have enough?" They might have to get part time jobs here and there along the way
