Since graduating from the Academy, life has been..interesting for Alisa, to say the least. She's been kept very busy, since she was upholding her promise to her mother on showing her the proper way to run the company, and it wasn't easy to put in those changes. Though it would have been a lot harder if she didn't have the support of those around her. But because of that, she hadn't been able to get time to get to visit Rean as much as she liked.

Translation: As much as she liked = every day. She did get to visit - or vice versa - at least on the weekend, and she talked to him almost every night thanks to the range on the ARCUS. Just as finished up for the night, she made her way up to the penthouse, glancing around to make sure she was alone (And you never know with Sharon) in order to take out her ARCUS once more and see if she could get a hold of Rean before bed. She was planning on seeing if he was in the area - alternatively, she was sure she could get away for a visit, if he wasn't busy.

She gave him a look for a second, almost suspicious .. but honestly, she'd be lying if she said she hadn't thought about a position like this. She leaned down against him, pillowing her head on his shoulder with a soft sigh, "...this ...Is kind of nice..." she admitted, a bit embarrassed. "... for a while, huh...?"

He overlooked that look and just helped Alisa nuzzle up closer still as they just relaxed like that, one body providing warmth and care for the other and vice versa. A feeling Rean felt he could enjoy every single day if it was possible.

"Mmm y-yeah is that weird?"

She shifted until she was snuggled against him, tilting her head to listen to his heartbeat for a moment, then glanced up at him again. "Um.. I ... don't think so..." She definitely didn't want to move now though. "Maybe if it were someone else, .. but not with you. It feels... natural with you."

that sheepish look was so adorable he had to refrain from squeezing her even tighter to his chest with how dear she looked.

"I was thinking the same thing. This...feels like it's how it should be all along."

"It should be.." Alisa murmured in quiet agreement. His agreement pushed aside the lingering gloom that had been lurking in her smile, and she grinned at him, still sheepish with a soft chuckle, "... It's... just a shame we didn't think of something like this sooner." She ventured a little shyly. Of course if he had suggested it earlier in his visit she would have been too nervous to take him up on it, whereas now she just wanted to stay as close to him as she could while she could.

"Well we can make up for lost time from now on." Maybe the next time he manages to secure some time together with Alisa. But for this moment in time specifically he wanted nothing more than to enjoy these precious fragments of time where he was allowed to just be Rean. Alisa's Rean.

Alisa nodded with a smile, "... we'll have a lot of making up to do together." She agreed - she had no idea how long it would be before she could see him again, and the ARCUS connection wasn't the same, by a long shot. But it was better than nothing. "So you should think of all the things you want to do the next time we see each other." Not just the next time 'he' visits, because she was planning to surprise him with a visit in Trista sometime.

"that might be a bit...risky." Because the longer he'd be away from her the stronger his yearning would get and then his thoughts would start to stray into territory that would get him teased and encouraged relentlessly by both Sharon and Alisa's grandfather.

Technically if they were to cuddle after they've been kept apart for a long time, that would be risky also. But Alisa wasn't thinking about ..THAT kind of risk. She was actually pondering the possibility of sneaking away to meet in other cities when they had time off, not just Roer. "Huh?" she lifted her head from his chest to give him a puzzled, suspicious look. "Why would it be risky?"

"Uh well that's umm....no never mind. I'm just being silly." Hopefully she would let him get away like that because he just realized how he might have said way too much for his own skin.

... he would never let her get away with that, she was certainly not going to let him get away with it either! Which is why she narrows her eyes even more suspiciously, "...Reeeeeean."

Rean closed his eye with a suffering sigh as Alisa decided to cash in on his own stubborn ways.

"Well I...might start wanting...more when we get back together." Was she really going to make him spell it out. COULD SHE HANDLE THAT KIND OF SECOND HAND EMBARASSMENT FROM HIS LIPS?!

YES, SPELL IT OUT.

Actually no don't, that won't even be necessary, because the wayhe stumbles over his words and the 'more' helps her piece it together amazingly well. "Oh.. OH. UM.. o-oh.."

MORE. Ohboy. Oh Aidios. "Right...uh!" Yeah uh, she... has no response for that. Though she is turning Alisa-Red(tm) right now. And it's... not like she hasn't thought about it - for the future of course.

"..." Awkwardness Increasing.

"Yeah." Well now his face was matching hers so he would rather just nuzzle agianst her neck instead to hide away just how bright his blush was right now. And because he'd said it out loud now his mind was starting to stray already~!

Ahem. Well Awkwardness was better than misery right? "Erm...s..sorry." She should have realized it was something embarrassing. Though she at least doesn't pull away - in fact she's going to hide her face against his shoulder while he was doing that too, mentally scolding herself. Aaagh, why did she ask..! "I shouldn't have pressed..." She nuzzles lightly against him, though she sighs softly at his nuzzling in turn.

Awkwardness was much better than Misery oh yes it was. That being said Rean was quite content wiht nuzzling and being nuzzled into like this so the current state of things felt rather nice too.

"I-It's okay. I didn't want to bring it up in case you uh would want to get off of me."

Alisa blushed faintly, because now he's put the idea in /her/ head. Though really it's... definitely something she's thought about; being with him like that. Though him mentioning that she might want to get off, she ohs softly. "I wouldn't--" she bit her lip, "I mean... I don't.. want to. Unless... Unless you think I should..."

She shifted a little on top of him. "I... um...I mean I...well..." she wouldn't be against the whole 'more'. Though SAYING that was ...difficult.

"I don't think you should do anything of the sort!" Oh woops did he come across as desperate just now. Well yeah because he really didn't want Alisa to move from on top of him. Not when he finally had her right where he wanted her to be right now. And maybe a tiny part of him was hoping she might give into her own desires a bit.

Whoah, that did come out a little desperately - but she was touched with how emphatic he was. She smiled a little, relaxing against him again. Watching him for a moment, she fidgeted a little, wondering if she could get the nerve to admit to things herself. "U...um. I...I actually..."

Rean slowly adjusted his army to run them along Alisa's back as she settled right in on top of him while her breathing unintentionally synchronized to him.

"Hmm?"

She almost snapped her words back. Almost. The soothing, rhythmic feel of his chest rising and falling under her, in perfect time with her own, "I've.. thought about it too..." She pillowed her head against his shoulder, her gaze looking at him as her cheeks grew more pink. "The.. um.. 'more'.."

He on the other hand was finding himself relaxing just from the feel of her heartbeat against his own while his thoughts strayed all over the place until Alisa shared those...feeling of her own which mirrored his.

"Well...if we both thought about it..." He was not pushing her away in the slightest.

She fidgets a little, feeling kind of shy now that she admitted that. She ..did in fact..want 'more'. How much more she was willing to go towards though - well she wasn't mentally prepared to go all the way with him yet. But she wasn't pulling away either.

Seeing her fall silent with her fidgeting, Rean decided to try taking the first step this time and brought his own lips and teeth to bear against the side of her neck, just lightly teasing the skin there with a hum from deep in his chest.

And she had been trying to think of something to sayamidst her flustered confession. Though when she felt Rean teasing the skin against her neck lightly, she startles a little, her hands curling against his shoulder with a soft whimper.

Oh Goddess was that how Rean felt when she had turned her attention to his neck? .. it was a favorable reaction - very much so in fact as she gave a soft purr against him, "R..re..e.an.."
