Since graduating from the Academy, life has been..interesting for Alisa, to say the least. She's been kept very busy, since she was upholding her promise to her mother on showing her the proper way to run the company, and it wasn't easy to put in those changes. Though it would have been a lot harder if she didn't have the support of those around her. But because of that, she hadn't been able to get time to get to visit Rean as much as she liked.
Translation: As much as she liked = every day. She did get to visit - or vice versa - at least on the weekend, and she talked to him almost every night thanks to the range on the ARCUS. Just as finished up for the night, she made her way up to the penthouse, glancing around to make sure she was alone (And you never know with Sharon) in order to take out her ARCUS once more and see if she could get a hold of Rean before bed. She was planning on seeing if he was in the area - alternatively, she was sure she could get away for a visit, if he wasn't busy.

She'd even forgotten about the charging RUMU that might be a little concerned over the state of the users in the room, given their rapid heartbeats and breathing, for example.

"I...can't say I am thinking of anything specific. My mind's feeling a little...slower than usual. Like it's wrapped up in this kind of fluff that is so warm and comfortable in the moment~" Rean answered softly. Oh goodie the little Rumu shared that in common with Valimar did he?
no subject
Until she's interrupted by a quiet chirp from RUMU, "Detecting heightened respiration and abnormal heart rate. Are you in distress?"
"EEp!" Alisa's heart nearly leapt into her throat as she glanced around and spotted the little RUMU near the couch, "N.. No! No no everything's fine. Disregard it, RUMU, .a..ahahh..."
RUMU paused, processing the response. Though it lacked the higher function of working through the reasoning why, it simply accepted the command. "Understood. RUMU unit will return to shut down mode."
Alisa hesitated, glanced quickly at Rean, then blushed, "H-hold on. Instead of shutting down, why don't you access a radio feed and playback some ..music." As much to test another function as to try to grab back that moment of peace they had before the inquisitive little bot interrupted them. Plus a little music would be nice anyway. Though she hadn't asked Rean's opinion, so she glanced at him, "... is that okay?"
no subject
"Oh Oh he can? ALirght then lets have him take care of that." So he had a built in radio as well. Rumu's handiness was becoming quite obvious already.

---wait. She suddenly glances down, it dawning on her that she was sitting quite naturally, quite comfortably in his lap. And was it her imagination or was he holding her in place? "A-ah, s... sorry I um.." She'd be lying if she said she didn't mean to because she /had/ wanted to sit just this close to him from the beginning.
"You.. probably want me to get up..." Not that -she- wanted to, but maybe he was awkward now!
no subject
Or so he thought until Alisa realized she was in his lap. WHich in turn made him realize she was. But rather than freeze up, his hand on her leg seemed to stubbornly lock in place while he leaned forwrad a little.
"I...actually don't want anything like that to happen."
no subject
Her gaze shifts back to Rean at his response, her smile quickly returning to her face. "O.. Okay." She rested her arm around his shoulders, "Actually I... hoped you would say that..."
And then RUMU plays death metalOnce RUMU has reached its charge station, he taps into the first radio station that's playing music that it finds - which conveniently was a collection of soft instrumental music.
no subject
"Well I am happy to oblige~" He purred softly and adoringly before he brought his face close to Alisa's neck.

"Well so are you. Always looking out for everyone even when you barely knew them~"
no subject
"You're going to keep on saying things like that whenever I compliment you aren't you?" She leaned closer to nuzzle her head against his, hugging him closer. "That's no fair, Rean."
no subject
"Well it's not like I am lying. Simply telling you what's in my own heart~" Just as she had promised back then when he had been forced to flee Trista with the fate of everyone in his class uncertain. Especially Alisa.
no subject
She blushed at thereminder of her words, "I know you're not lying," she leaned into him, kissing his cheek lightly, "And I'll treasure every word, every moment with you now and forever."
no subject
He showed Alisa that same loving smile as before and leaned in a little closer but not yet kissing again.
"I would never lie about something like that. Especially not to you~"
no subject
She smiled softly at Rean's response, leaning in a little more, "I know you wouldn't. I'd know if you did." Probably anyway. But even though he doesn't lean in to kiss her again, she took a bit of a chance, leaning closer, "It's why I trust you most of all." she purred softly, daring to nuzzle his neck lightly.
no subject
"I vow to try to be worthy of hta ttrust until my very last die." Rean spoke soflly while his hand gingerly took hold ALisa's and settled it atop her lap.
no subject
Still hearing him say things like that was so touching, she gripped his hand tighter, smiling with a relieved look in her eyes, "...and so will I." She promised. "Just as long as you promise me you won't ever change." Don't let that light leave his eyes. "Because if you ever do, I'll have to drag you back." and slap some sense into him.
