Since graduating from the Academy, life has been..interesting for Alisa, to say the least. She's been kept very busy, since she was upholding her promise to her mother on showing her the proper way to run the company, and it wasn't easy to put in those changes. Though it would have been a lot harder if she didn't have the support of those around her. But because of that, she hadn't been able to get time to get to visit Rean as much as she liked.

Translation: As much as she liked = every day. She did get to visit - or vice versa - at least on the weekend, and she talked to him almost every night thanks to the range on the ARCUS. Just as finished up for the night, she made her way up to the penthouse, glancing around to make sure she was alone (And you never know with Sharon) in order to take out her ARCUS once more and see if she could get a hold of Rean before bed. She was planning on seeing if he was in the area - alternatively, she was sure she could get away for a visit, if he wasn't busy.

Rean felt wary for a moment but catching that glance from Alisa settled those feelings on the spot and he nodded with a smile.

"Well since you are offering we would be happy to take you up on that offer."

Alisa's face lit up happily at that, while the waiter nodded, going to get the orbal camera, "Just one second." He spoke briefly with the bartender, then returned to gesture them into a spot that would be a good area for the picture, "Okay, now just scootch in a little and smile~.."

Alisa did one better. She sneaked an arm around Rean's waist, timing her move perfectly as she went up on tiptoe to kiss Rean's cheek~! Perfect shot!

Oh god she was glowing like the sun right there next to him and Rean felt his stomach go all aflutter at the sight of it. Though even if it hadn't it would have ended up the same the moment he felt those lips on his cheek and that arm around his waist. Which left Rean in a wide eyed surprise as he faced the camera. IT made for one adorably cute photo indeed!

"Perfect shot," the waiter grinned.

Alisa smiled happily, and a little smug at Rean's reaction as she hugged him, "Can I get two copies, please?" She wanted to frame them before Rean left back to his mission. As a surprise, of course.

The waiter nodded cheerfully, clearly antsy to share gossip with the woman behind the bar. "I'll have the pictures developed and delivered to your place first thing in the morning."

"Thank you." Alisa smiled, glancing to Rean again, "Come on, let's get going." She of course, had to get her ice cream first though.

He wanted to touch his cheek after the kiss since it felt so very warm after the passing brush from Alisa's lips. But he managed to still nod to her words and follow Alisa out, cone of ice cream in both their hands.

"This is ummm quite the icecream~"

"You got the vanilla and chocolate one, right?" Alisa started to slip her arm around his, but realized that'd make it difficult for him to eat his own ice cream. So she settled for letting her arm rest arond him instead, still smiling at the memory of his face when she surprised him, "This one is really good too."

"Oh really? How about a quick trade taste then~" He said holding out the vanilla scoop to her while leaning over towards her own icecream as well. It was HIS turn to surprise her this time.

And Alisa was definitely caught by surprise. Though fair was fair, she did suggest sharing their dinner so why not dessert right? Although with ice cream it was a little..different. Or maybe she was overthinking it. "Ah -s ure, yeah!" She answered hastily, reaching over for said scoop and trying - and failing - not to think about the obvious.

Fortunately the slightly cool temperature in the night air was keeping their ice creams from getting too melty - but it wasn't doing a whole lot for cooling down her blushing cheeks any as she watched him.

Oh she wasn't the only one not thinking of the implications of what he was about to do. And that didn't change even as she allowed him to take a small bite from her cone with a hum.

"Mmmm that's actually pretty good. Here now for you." He said holding out his cone. Fair was fair after all.

Alisa almost chickened out of the deal, but she was a big strong girl, she could do it! So she leaned forward a little, but instead of taking a small bite of the cone, she unconsciously licked a bit off the cone, "Mmh... that is good too! It's the perfect balance of vanilla and chocolate." ...wait she just licked his cone. ERM. She coughs a little, "T.. Thanks." Is it hot out here or is it just hot out here?

Awww not a bite but a lick? Then again that was...endearingly cute and Rean had to contain his own reaction at the sight of it which in turn meant his face alone turned a lovely shade of red to match Alisa's.

"Y-Yeah it's nothing really. If you like it we can get it in a bowl next time and just...have it between us." Okay now he was rambling.

She only wanted a little lick! Though seeing Rean's reaction she kind of wished she'd taken a bite now - it might have been less embarrassing. Maybe. "...ah you're right...!" Oh, now she felt bad she hadn't thought about that -- but it would have melted for sure by the time they got back home. "Sorry, I-I didn't think about that at all."

Tomorrow would be Rean's last day with her too. She'd been enjoying being with him so much, she'd almost forgotten. Her stomach twisted unpleasantly at the thought - she'd have a lot of requests for Sharon. Maybe she should add the ice cream to it too.

... and a request for Sharon not to hover over them while they shared it.

"Hm? Why are you apologizing? It's fine really." Sharon would certainly not mind bringing some with her if Alisa really asked for her assistance in the matters of wooing her beloved with the cozy prospect of just enjoying the cold treat together all comfy with each other.

No she definitely wouldn't - and she would probably make some helpful suggestions too, because Alisa's happiness was the most important thing to her. And Alisa couldn't be happier than when she was with Rean being cuddly and cute, right? "Ahah, you're right, sorry." She almost palmed her face, "I mean - not sorry that I'm sorry, but sorry that I keep apologizing. And I just spologized anyway, so.." She made a soft 'nrrrggh' and focused her attention on her ice cream with a NOM.

Which is a mistake because holy SHIT brain freeze. The look on her face was definitely a 'I shouldn't have done that..!' expression. *whimper*

This time Rean couldn't contain his amusement at Alisa's reaction and he laughed softly before leaning over to press his lips against ALisa's cheeks for a moment because of how impossibly cute she was with her flustered mess. Maybe overheating her brain would counter that brain freeze.

It's all his fault for making her a flustered mess! She squeaks softly feeling his lips against her cheek, which warms enough to seem to counteract the brain freeze - or that was just pure coincidence. "A--haha, I.... was overthinking it again wasn't I?" she smiles sheepishly at him.

"We should probably start back before it's too late." They still had dancing to do!

"Just a little bit. But that's part of what makes you so cute too." rean chuckled with a soft hum while he nuzzled closer against her cheek for a little while longer before he finally pulled back.

"Yeah you're right." He was certainly looking forward to that dance especially.

"Oh Rean..." Alisa leaned a little against him with a soft, blissful, almost wistful sigh, before she pulled away at the same time, her smile back in full force. "..our ice cream is going to be all melted if we keep getting distracted like this." Hers was certainly getting drippy, but she didn't mind one little bit.

He also wasn't the only one who was looking forward to the dance - there was a definite bounce to Alisa's steps as she started back the way they came and towards the Reinford building. She had an idea or two on making things just perfect too.

"Hahaha well if that's the price to pay to enjoy you being like this, then I don't mind~" He certainly had a fair bit of icecream up to this point anyway to the point that the scoop was not below the rim of the cone itself by now.

Still her enthusiasm was so very infectious that even Rean's gait was matching hers.

Alisa laughed at that response - even though part of her knew, knew it was a bad idea to lay so much of her happiness on his shoulders, when he would be leaving soon, she couldn't help herself. She managed to keep from saying anything foolish, focusing her attention on licking up the drippiest part of her cone until it was safely below the line.

Part of her wondered if discussing their former classmates was a safe topic - but the person she was going to mention would have been Millium - with regard to the ice cream - but Millium was connected to his father, and that... it was probably safer to just keep it to the two of them. Which she was MORE than fine with.

"Hehe, then I hope you'll be able to handle me being like this for a while longer - because when you're with me I feel like I can fly." She teased gently, pleased when he matched her pace. They would make it back to her home in no time!

Alisa was definitely wise to leave those topics untouched. It allowed them both to enjoy their already oh so limited time together for a while longer and Rean certainly was not keen on bringing those thing up either when he could much better spend that time keeping Alisa as happy as possible.

"Oh I think I will find it in me to persever through that~" He chuckled with a soft sly smile.

Alisa smiled back at him, feeling those butterflies act up as she drank in the sight of his smile. "Then keep smiling like that," she answered - honestly she could fall in love over and over again with this man who deserved so much more, so much better. She almost forgot about her cone and glanced away to nibble away on the snack as they made their way back into the building and crossed over to the elevators.

"Then just keep being yourself and I will have plenty to smile about~" He said just as the two of them walked bback into the lobby of the Reinford building, radiating an aura of love that likely drew the attention of everyone in the room at the time.

"No fair turning it around on me like that," Alisa laughed, "But you don't have to worry. I'm not going to change, ever." A pause, "Unless it's from falling more in love with you." Oh yes. The people that were on call or who hadn't left yet were watching the two in their own litlte world, make their way to the private elevator and step inside without noticing anyone else. Whereas the onlookers all has their jaws hitting the floor from shock (and envy in some cases).

By the time they reached the penthouse apartment again, Alisa had just finished polishing off the wafflecone portion of her snack, and had to resist licking her fingers. "Home sweet home..!" And effectively suppressing the excitement and relief, if only a little. Now she could be alone with him and not worry about people watching them.

Not that she worried about that before, if only because she drowned in everything he was to the point that she forgot other people existed. "Let me get the lights."

"Haha the truth it's always fair though~ It just is." And that was the truth of his heart that seeing her happy would make him happy in return. At least as long as he was right there wiht her to share in the moment.

"Okay then. You know where they are after all." He siad with a nod and allowed Alisa to do her thing.
