Oh boy would she ever. She'd troll the little Rumu to the point of no return and convert him to become a Rean/Alisa shipper as well. Or as much of what as a little bot can be.

Rumu is silent a moment, though the whirring indicates he's doing another search - this time instead of the chirp, there's a sound like a 'buzz' in response. "Unable to acquire information on term: Goddess. Please supply definition."

The sound of the water running cuts off at that point, and Alisa's voice calls out from the bathroom, "Rean, I'm coming out. Turn around and close your eyes." She doesn't want him to accidentally get an eyeful, since she has to go back to her room to change. And yes, there's a threat in her tone, as if she suspected him to try and peek still.

Oh well. Hopefully the little bot comes out for the better on the other side of both influences aside trom ALisa.

"Well you see a-" Rean starts before Tiara suddenly sharply cries out.

"Hold that thought for a moment." He said briskly and turned around without even trying to look over his shoulder. Scout's honor!

"Already done you can come out."

The door opens, and Alisa pokes her head out, eyes narrowed, "Rumu, you make sure he doesn't turn around." Not that the little bot was really equipped with a way to stop him. Well there was the laser so he could technically shoot Rean in the kneecap. But even that would be little more than feel like a hornet's sting.

She pat-patpat-patters her way out of the room and up the stairs, before a few seconds pass where the door shuts again. All clear for Rean to turn around if he liked. Rumu was silent through all of this, and only when Alisa was safely in her bedroom did the little bot turn its attention to Rean again. "Please re-state definition."

Wow so little faith. Then again it happened so naturally one could have sworn Rumu had been part of the household for longer than under an hour or two. once Alisa is safe in her room he turns his eyes over to the little machine again.

"Hmmm. Well you know who Aidios is don't you?"

Whirr, whirr, click. "Negative. Rumu unit does not currently have access to network libraries that may contain information on entity Aidios. Entity Aidios is determined as relevant to this unit's duties. Please restate definition." Rumu answered.

Alisa was meanwhile glad for Rean being able to chat with Rumu while she was in her room, otherwise he'd be bored to tears waiting for her to shower and change for their date.

"Hmmm this is a tricky one. I was thinking I could connect the two like that but since you don't have access to that information yet lets forget about that analogy for now." Rean pondered out loud, thoroughly dedicated to this conversation.

"Hmmmm. You know what a mother is don't you Rumu?"

Hrm. Rumu will put a pin in that analogy instead, so once he gets access to the libraries he'll be able to cross-reference and probably make Alisa cry when he tells her Rean thought of her like a goddess.

Oops.

"Affirmative." ... "Rean thinks of Alisa as his mother?" There goes that connection flying off into space and not QUITE connecting the dots.

Rean almost chokes on his own spit when Rumu draws THAT CONNECTION!

"Wh- no no no no no no not at all! Well I guess if she would be a mother I would be the father figure but that's not the point I was making! A goddess is someone as important and dear as a mother. A goddess is to a man like the sun is to the world. A giver of life and comfort and happiness. Does that make sense to you?" HE IS NOT A PREACHER DAMMIT HOW DID THINGS END UP LIKE THIS!?

Rumu is silent - the quiet whirring continues almost twice as long as he works this out. "Processing..." In fact he loops that processing for so long he almost seems caught in a logic loop - but eventually, "Alisa is Goddess to Rean. Alisa is Mother. Rean is Father. Rean is God to Alisa." YEP MAKES PERFECT SENSE TO HIM.

"Yes that...wait what?!" Is all he gets to say before he hears the door open prompting him to sharply turn around.

And as he turns around he'll see Alisa stepping out of her bedroom in quite the fetching white dress - similar to her office outfit, except it's a one piece that hugs every curve she has, with 'cut out' pieces on her sides and above her chest, the lower half of the dress reaching mid thigh.

She's accessorized with a pair of gloves and an almost transparent silk scarf, her hair still a little damp, but brushed over a shoulder and with the faintest hint of perfume as she started down the stairs. "I -um... sorry I took so long."

Rean's reaction was nothing short of comical as Rean's mouth slowly fell open as he was rendered speechless. His heart rate also spiked considerably which was something Rumu would no doubt pick up on given how close he was.

And Rumu beeps when it picks up that change in Rean's heart-rate, proceeding to monitor him closely rather than immediately call the paramedics this time. He's learning!

Alisa walked down the rest of the way, her cheeks burning from Rean's reaction, while internally she was fistpumping with a 'YEEEEEES'. "...Do you like it...?" Of course he did - he must, from that reaction, right?

Learning indeed and he's not even pointing out that Rean was excited all of a sudden because of Alisa. Something Rean is quite thankful for.

"Do I...like I could possibly saw no to that. I meant look at you?! You are stunning. Breathtaking even." Rean admitted with a helpless chuckle on his part.

Oh no worries, it was going to take a few more times before Rumu figured out that Alisa was the cause of his excitement. And vice versa. Alisa stopped when she reached Rean, smiling up at him with a soft blush at the flattery. Until Rumu chimed in, "Alisa is Rean's goddess."

Alisa startled, glancing at the little Rumu, her blush getting darker, "I-- what?" She glanced over at Rean - "J-just what have you been teaching him!?"

"I-I didn't specifically teach him that! I was just praising your singing voice like that of a goddess and then he started asking me what a goddess is and well things led to another and..." Dammit Schwarzer you need to learn to SHUT UP sometimes because boy did you dig yourself a nice shallow grave.

He was really VERY good at digging his own grave. "Y.. you heard me?" Ack. Wait, he said her singing voice was like that of a goddess? Oh Aidios, she's sorry her boyfriend is such a dork. ..a sweet dork, but still a dork. "Just stop, enough..!" Alisa held up both hands - he's only going to make it worse for himself if he keeps talking.

Palming her face, she SIGHED. What is she going to do with you Rean. She was SUPER flattered, but also really really embarrassed. "... Rumu, I'm going to have to talk to you about some of the things you learned from Rean. But later. We're going to go out for a while tonight, so go ahead and power down."

"Understood. Good night Alisa. Good night Rean." Rumu chirped happily, turning and rolling back onto his charge station, powering down to charge for the night.

She should have known all along he was a dork really. It wasn't just a recent development of his character. Still it seemed he wasn't in THAT much trouble. Though he was wondering what else the little bot would reveal. Not that he thought about it, the little robot had received quite a bit of influence from him after all.

"He's...a real dear." He said with a small smile as he watched the construct putter to its charging station.

Not a LOT, no, but she does give him a bit of a LOOK when he speaks that says he's not quite out of danger. "Yeah, he is." She folded her arms, giving him a flat stare, "... Just how close were you when you 'heard' me, Rean?" Was she really THAT loud? She didn't even remember singing, to be honest - she'd just felt so happy.

Oh he knows that look. It's almost nostalgic really so he's not that worried about it because of that fact.

"ACtually I was pretty much near the charging station the whole time. Your Bathroom must have ssome crazy acoustics to amplify your singing that much." He hadn't sung so he wouldn't know.

She stared at him for a few minutes more - though it did dawn on her when she left the bathroom had /had/ been by the charging station so he wasn't fibbing about that. "Hmm. Okay." She'll believe him, "But I'm watching you, so no funny business, got it?" Unless she allows said funny business, that is. She relaxes, smiling again, "...come on, let's get going."

"No funny business. Cross my heart, really!" Rean quickly promised wanting to just sort out this whole mess o he could enjoy the date with Alisa without any risks. Honestly he was still processing he was going to get to go on a proper date with Alisa. Something that maybe would not be so rare had their lives not taken such a sharp turn.

"May I?" He asked offering his arm for her to link it with hers.

Make no mistake, no matter how calm Alisa seemed, she was a bundle of nerves, same as him. He could feel how tense she was when she giggled at his offer and gently wrapped ger arm around his.

These days were definitely reaching 'dream come true' status, and it wasn't over yet. Soon, but not yet. "How gallant," she teased, stepping out of the apartment with him. On the plus side, there wouldn't be many people in the Reinford building to see Alisa going out on her date. A few security guards certainly, and a few drones, but not people who would talk about it, she hoped.

He chuckles softly and tucked Alisa against his side before taking her up to the elevator and then right otu the front door under a few bewildered gazes since after all Alisa had distinctly dresssed up for the occasion. Still Rean stole occasional glance at his beloved along the way, taking especially keen note how she looked under the evening lighting.

She was noticing the looks - not just from Rean, but other people too. They must make quite the couple with their matching attire. Their matching attire and how happy Alisa looked walking with him, chatting quietly and looking like she was positively glowing with happiness. Everytime she caught Rean watching her during the lulls in conversation, she blushed, leaning against his side with a blissful sigh. The walk to the bar was shorter than she wanted it to be, but the smooth almost jazzy music was still a welcome sound.
