"No funny business. Cross my heart, really!" Rean quickly promised wanting to just sort out this whole mess o he could enjoy the date with Alisa without any risks. Honestly he was still processing he was going to get to go on a proper date with Alisa. Something that maybe would not be so rare had their lives not taken such a sharp turn.

"May I?" He asked offering his arm for her to link it with hers.

Make no mistake, no matter how calm Alisa seemed, she was a bundle of nerves, same as him. He could feel how tense she was when she giggled at his offer and gently wrapped ger arm around his.

These days were definitely reaching 'dream come true' status, and it wasn't over yet. Soon, but not yet. "How gallant," she teased, stepping out of the apartment with him. On the plus side, there wouldn't be many people in the Reinford building to see Alisa going out on her date. A few security guards certainly, and a few drones, but not people who would talk about it, she hoped.

He chuckles softly and tucked Alisa against his side before taking her up to the elevator and then right otu the front door under a few bewildered gazes since after all Alisa had distinctly dresssed up for the occasion. Still Rean stole occasional glance at his beloved along the way, taking especially keen note how she looked under the evening lighting.

She was noticing the looks - not just from Rean, but other people too. They must make quite the couple with their matching attire. Their matching attire and how happy Alisa looked walking with him, chatting quietly and looking like she was positively glowing with happiness. Everytime she caught Rean watching her during the lulls in conversation, she blushed, leaning against his side with a blissful sigh. The walk to the bar was shorter than she wanted it to be, but the smooth almost jazzy music was still a welcome sound.

Glowing was the perfect way to sum up Alisa and he wanted to bask in that glow for as long as possible. Though if anyone were to snap up a picture of their matching outfits right now he could finally come to realize how perfect of a pair they appeared to be in the eye of others.

"So ummm...do you get the chance to come here often?" Since he'd only been inside like twice. First time when Captain Claire asked to meet with him secretly and the other time was when doing that orbal wave quest from the researcher.

Alisa startled a little when he spoke - she had been leaning into him quite happily, her eyes half closed in sheer bliss. "Huh, wha? O-oh!" Right! "No, not really. Sometimes I come in for a change of scenery, but even then .. I usually go chat with Yuuna, or outside Roer. Sharon comes with me, if she's not with mother and grandfather. But I like the atmosphere here, when I have been." She glanced around, smiling softly, "Should we get a table, or do you want to sit at the bar?" Table was her vote. It'd be more comfortable since they'd be there for a while.

Awww now he felt bad for saying anything at all given how deep in her won little world she'd gone. Still he did give her arm a bit of a tighter squeeze while leaning towards her a bit more opently with a smile of his own.

"I think we should definitely go for a table." HE agreed with a soft nod.

Alisa blushed sheepishly, but she was glad he agreed to go to a table, following him over to one of the available ones and sitting down, moving close enough that she could feel him next to her. SURE she said they should probably not be so close earlier, but A) she had already dismissed that and B) this was safe, they were in public.

The red haired waiter soon approached with a pair of menus for the two of them, and Alisa opened hers. "So what are you going to get?" She's curious~!

Surely nothing untoward could happen if they were just seated next to each other. SURELY! Rean smiled softly as he pulled the menu up in front of himself before turning his eyes over to Alisa.

"Hmmmm the sincere beef rice sounds especially tempting though I'm also leaning a bit towards the seafood salad too. What about you, Alisa?"

Absolutely not! There were eyes around them! Mostly the staff and one or two other people, but they wern't actually paying attention to the couple.

"Haha, actually, I was going to get the seafood salad myself. If you want, you can get the beef rice and I'll share some of my salad." Hopefully there'll be a lot of salad to share.

"Oh that definitely could work. Alright then lets go with that~" Rean agreed with a quick nod. Though he might be just a little more excited about the prospect of sharing the same dish with Alisa than the food itself. Not that he expected it to be bad or anything.

Alisa beamed, nodding lightly as she handed the menu back to the waiter, who nodded good naturedly, "And to drink?"

Alisa considered - she could have requested a non alcoholic cocktail, but that's not really what she wanted at the moment, "A soda, please. Just a little ice."

The waiter glanced at Rean for his drink, and once he got the full order he nodded with a smile, "That'll be a few minutes. We'll be back with your food right away."

"The same please." Rean was not yet of drinking age after all as far ass he was concerned even if he could probably get away with it on appearance only.

He nodded to the waiter and saw them off before turning back to Alisa with a cheeky smile.

"That was some quick thinking there suggesting we each get something different and just share~"

Alisa grinned the compliment, "It made the most sense to me. I've never had the beef rice, but I can promise you the seafood salad is really good." She propped her chin against her hand, grinning and looking..quite giddy, actually. She was also a bit fidgety, but that was mainly from first date jitters.

"Oh really? Well then I'll look forward to it since it comes with such high recomendations~" Rean chuchkled before his hand slowly snuck under the table to take hold of hers as he tilted his head to the side with an adoring smile. He could tell she was quite fidgety about all of this so he felt holding her hand might get her to calme down more.

"Ahahah, W-well um, there's still a chance you might not like it s..!" she jumped a bit when she felt his hand take hold of hers under the table, quickly glanced down to confirm, then up at Rean to get hit with that smile of his. That heart melting smile that could make her fall for him ten, twenty times over again.

Fortunately his effort to calm her down some was a success, now that she had something to focus on - she squeezed his hand beneath the table, and she did stop fidgeting at least.

He wasn't a picky eater so really the odds of him not liking it were fairly slim. Still he couldn't hide the smile seeing how easily he sidetracked the lovely heiress who had laid claim to his heart just as much as he had to hers.

"I kind of wished we could have come here sooner now that we're actually here." The atmosphere was cozy, private as well as elegant but not overly so like some of the restaurants in Bareahard for example.

Not as expensive as Sorciere either, true. "Yeah. You wouldn't have thought much of it from the outside, but once you got in, the atmosphere really grabs you. The music especially." She glanced around the semi-quiet bar with a soft smile.

"Of course the company you invite along is just as important if not more so~" Rean certainly didn't feel like he could enjoy the atmosphere here nearly as much on his own as he was right now together with Alisa. She completed the atmosphere in a way that only she could achieve. It was as simple as that really.

"You're right." Alisa agreed, echoing his thoughts unconsciously, "Being here alone wouldn't be nearly as enjoyable as being here with you is." She glanced over at Rean and reached up with her free hand to gently brush aside a few strands of his hair. She could still remember how it felt to really run her fingers through his hair just a short while ago, and the memory both made her long for that sensation, and made her blush at the same time. She glanced away, less out of embarrassment and more that she seemed to be assessing the size of the room thoughtfully.

She could have just kept running her hand along his face or his hair if that was what Alisa wanted. It felt pleasant to be touched like that by the lovely heiress even when in Public like this.

"I couldn't agree more. You are clearly the highlight of this evening right now~" Getting to spend some time together with Alis ain a locale like this was making Rean's heart race.

Alisa's smile warmed tenfold at that, as she glanced back at him, "I'm glad you feel that way." It definitely won't be the same without him going forward. "The only way it could be even more perfect, is if we were dancing together." She smiled, resting her chin on her hand a little dreamily.

" A pity there is no Dance floor down here then. Though that doesn't mean we can't have our own little performance back at the penthouse. Just put on some music and let it sweep us both away~" He was offering her that option. All she had to do was seize it. Would she thoug? Rean certainly had no problem with being asked to dance with Alisa. It had been far too long since their dance around the bonfire. A simpler time that felt a lifetime away now.

She's a little surprised by Rean's suggestion - not that he made it, but that she didn't think about it herself. Although wouldn't getting swept away in the music and each other get them in trouble the last time? Still she'd be lying if she said she didn't want to dance with him again - the risk of getting swept up in each other was more than worth it. "... yeah, we could do that." She agreed with a soft smile, her thumb gently running over his hand.

It felt like the natural thing to suggest. At least that was how Rean felt on the matter and seeing Alisa accept that idea put an even warmer smile on his lips as the two quickly fell into that little world they tended to make for each other whenever together.

"Then that's another thing to look forward to~" And a perfect high point for their date before winding down for the night.
