Since graduating from the Academy, life has been..interesting for Alisa, to say the least. She's been kept very busy, since she was upholding her promise to her mother on showing her the proper way to run the company, and it wasn't easy to put in those changes. Though it would have been a lot harder if she didn't have the support of those around her. But because of that, she hadn't been able to get time to get to visit Rean as much as she liked.

Translation: As much as she liked = every day. She did get to visit - or vice versa - at least on the weekend, and she talked to him almost every night thanks to the range on the ARCUS. Just as finished up for the night, she made her way up to the penthouse, glancing around to make sure she was alone (And you never know with Sharon) in order to take out her ARCUS once more and see if she could get a hold of Rean before bed. She was planning on seeing if he was in the area - alternatively, she was sure she could get away for a visit, if he wasn't busy.

Well this was a problem. He wasn't sure how to escape from Sharon's hold since pushing her was not even an option in his mind at this point.

"Umm...are you sure you should be wasting time with me? Isn't breakfast on the stove?" Would hate for hte food to get burned. That was his desperate excuse to try and escape.

"Heehee, you needn't concern yourself with breakfast Master Rean, it's already taken care of -" She stops short, "Oh, My lady! Please forgive me, I could not help but let dear Master Rean have his way. He is such an animal~! ♥"

She does let her arms slip away from Rean on that note, to see if Rean takes he bait and turns to confront an angry Alisa -- except she's not even out of the bathroom yet.

"W-Wha? ALisa this isn't-!" Rean yelped and tried to turn around only to see that there was no Alisa behind him. He blinnked before groaning in aolute embarrasment.

"I can't believe I actually fell for that...."

Sharon chuckled, "It's always a joy to have you around, Master Rean~ ♥" she leaned over to give him another hug from behind, not even teasing this time.

Which of course is right when Alisa steps out of the bathroom, properly outfitted and with her hair sparkling clean. "Did someone call me?" Alisa asked, pausing when she glanced at the pair.

"Yes, I did," Sharon answered with a sweet smile, "Master Rean and I have decided to elope~!" ♥

"I get the feeling you might hold a grudge on me or something." After all she was being even more teasing than usual and he just couldn't handle that. Of course any thought to protest like that gets rudely shunted aside as Alisa returns.

He immediately straightens up and tries to escape Sharon's hold again.

"We decided NO SUCH THING. I swear we didn't Alisa!"

Alisa's eyes widen at Sharon's declaration, "WHAT?"

Sharon giggles, even as Rean protests her words, and she does let him escape, if only to clap her hands to her cheeks coyly, "Ah, he's just shy, it's so cute~. I know you have feelings for him but I'm afraid he's just stolen my heart~!"

Alisa shoots a -glare- over at Rean, "Reeeeeeeean." How dare you charm other women! Other women who were purely trolling for breakfast!

Sharon stifles a giggle. Ah, youth - so young and passionate~!

Was Sharon TRYING to have Alisa turn him into a pincushion of Arrows?! Rean quickly backed away from Alisa when she shot him square in the head with that Alisa glare that could freeze his blood cold.

"I didn't do anything for the sort Alisa! I swear I would never do something like charm anyone else!" not intentionally. WHich was the biggest problem.

Maybe. It'd be funny! Though Sharon would probably step in before then.

It's the fact that he could charm people without meaning to that was the problem - and that can't be helped!

Alisa scowled at Rean - hands on her hips, finally turning her back on him. "Hmph!"

Sharon hid a grin again, "Now now, there's no need for that. It's a beautiful morning, breakfast is ready and it'll get cold if you don't go eat." she suggests, beaming like she didn't just kind of almost get Rean in trouble for her own amusement.

Funny for anyone else but Rean! He also throws Sharon the dirties look that screamed 'JUST WHOSE FAULT DO YOU THINK ALL OF THIS IS?!'

"Alisa. Please could you listen to me?" He pleaded much like a husband who had somehow wronged his wife without knowing.

Sharon doesn't look the LEAST bit sorry. If anything she looked even more amused by Rean's glare, clasping her hands in front of her and waiting patiently with a Cheshire cat's smile.

"Fine. I'm listening." She's not turning to look at him though, and her tone said she was still bristling a little.

Rean let out a suffering sigh before he walked up to Alisa and held her from behind while he whispered in her ear. "You know the only one who stole my heart is you. I would never even dream of eloping with anyone but you." Maybe that was going a little bit overboard but he simply went with the first thing he could think of.

Rean's life is suffering - but at least this is the kind of suffering that was better than the suffering he normally goes through right?

She startles when he holds her from behind, half turning her head to look at him. And at least she looks caught off guard by his response, especially when he mentions that he wouldn't elope with anyone but her. "R...Rean..."

"Oh no, I've been rejected~," Sharon dramatically put a hand to her heart, "The better woman won~" She beamed, "Very well, then I'll just continue to support your love, My Lady." By trolling mercilessly. That's how she shows love, after all.

Rean let out the most relieved of sighs when Alisa finally believed him and then some. Needless to say he didn't let go of Alisa right away and instead gave her form a quick squeeze while Sharon voiced her intent in the most honest extent possible yet.

Alisa smiled faintly, leaning a little against him. Sharon started to head into the kitchen to get the food, only to pause, glancing back at the two. "Hold that pose please," Sharon said suddenly.

Alisa glanced over to the maid, confused, "Wha?"

Sharon beamed, holding up the orbal camera, and Alisa understood- though rather than get embarrassed, she gave a smile so Sharon could take the picture.

Rean's head snapped up when Sharon made her unusual request. But seeing that Alisa didn't oppose the idea, he simply closed his eyes again while he nuzzled against the back of Alisa's shoulder for the picture while she showed that million mira smile

Meep ~! She had just thought he would smile for the camera, not nuzzle her shoulder! "R-Rean..!" She whispered, flustered. Though she certainly didn't pull away.

Sharon, having gotten her picture, laughed quickly and went to fetch the food and set the table for the couple. She'll be extra nice since she did get Rean in trouble earlier.

"Thanks Alisa." he murmured reverently while his lips pulled up to press against the side of Alisa's neck while his arms pulled her a bit more closer to his chest now that SHaron had gotten her fill of teasing.

"Thank you for...choosing me. For making my dreams come true even if just for a while."

"What are you thanking me f-" she cut herself short, sucking in a breath of surprise at the feel of his lips against her neck. A strained noise slips out, as she reached down to clutch his arm gently. "HHnnnn..~"

Aidios it's too early for him to hit her with the charm. "...I could never choose anyone else. From the day I first met you... I would want to be with no one else but you. And that will never change."

Something about getting her to hold onto him like that was oddly compelling and rean didn't break away from her neck any time soon.

"I had no idea how much hearing that would mean to me today back when we first met. Things were so much more simple." Oh how he longed for those simple days sometimes. Maybe then he could have gone on more dates with Alisa. Slowly working things up instead of falling hard and fast like they did.

"I love you. I love you more than I can ever properly say." Rean confessed with the gentlest of tones.

God, she did wish for the days of the field studies, so much when she thought about it. They were all so much happier then - they were /together/. "I do too. We were all together and even though things were confusing and difficult, we still made it through ..." She would have loved to go on dates with him then - proper dates. Now they were playing catch up in the time they were given. They didn't have a proper courtship like a normal couple would have - but she was okay with that.

Any kind of time she spent with Rean was so precious, moreso when they had to stay apart. And... and then he said it. He said those words, she never expected to hear from him, but had wanted to hear. And it was like getting an emotional gutpunch - she felt lightheaded and weak all of a sudden, "R..Rean..!" She stammered softly, tightening her grip on his arm. God even the way he says those words hits hard, and it's a good thing he's holding her, because she's not so sure she can stand under her own power right now. Her words come in a tone of stunned disbelief, but hopeful at the same time, "Do... do you really mean that....?

The world as a whole was so much simpler. Even with Rean wandering through aimlessly at first trying to figure out who he was and who he would become once he became an adult. Those times felt like a lifetime away. It made him feel older than he really was whenever he allowed the melancholy to sweep him away when he was on his own within his own thoughts.

He knew those words were powerful. He knew they were not to be spoken casually. But he also knew they were so very true. Especially after yesterday. So he wanted her to know. Even if she would have said no he would still want to tell her. Rean felt her hold onto his arm for support and for a moment there was some worry in his mind. That was until he heard that hopeful question.

"I do. This is not something I would just throw out if I wasn't sure of the truth." He nodded gently.

"Rean..." This time her voice is ... not less -stunned- but at least not shocked he said those words. Her heart is pounding so hard she's sure he could feel it. But the way she utters his name is as if it were a delicate and fragile glass that she didn't want to break by breathing too hard on it or something. Something that couldn't be contained by simply the word 'love', she abruptly twisted around to face him, though she pressed her face into his chest and wrapped her arms around him tightly, choking back a small sniff. "Rean...you have no idea how happy I am to hear that she whispers softly, "Because I love you too. I love you so much it hurts... I love you so much I can barely stand it~"

Rean allowed Alisa to turn in his embrace only to tighten it more now that she was facing his chest. Goodness he hadn't imagined such a powerful reaction from her to his confession. Yet it seemed he had kept her waiting for these words for far longer than he realized.

"Alisa..." He mumrured reverently a he squeezed her soft warm body to his chest.

It seemed almost strange to even be surprised by his confession, and yet she didn't expect it all the same. "I love you, Rean," she repeated, just in case he was going to doubt her words, or say something silly like she shouldn't waste her feelings on someone like him. She wouldn't even give him that chance.

"I always will. No matter what you think of yourself, or what you have to do, I'll never stop believing in you, or loving you, ever."

The joy he felt hearing those words was simply impossible to describe. Even if he felt guilty about it those feeling were simply impossible to suppress. And yet Alisa had managed to cut him off before he could even voice those self deprecating thoughts he carried with him.

"I really...can't beat you when it comes to this..." Rean chuckled softly, defeat but also happiness slipping into his tone as he pulled away just enough to put his palm to Alisa's cheek while the other rested on top of her hip as the two lovers slipped away into their own little world just from the moment their eyes met.
